Taco shop is in a gas station, but there is some seating. The food is amazing. Eddie is the one guy doing it all with a smile. Tacos taste like love.

Ordered a steak burrito. It is huge but tastes terrible. Also requested no onions and they put onions in it anyway. Will never go here again.

I ordered 3 steak 🌮 tacos, and I'll say that for being a restaurant in a gas station/ headshop, it was fire 🔥. The cook was great to talk to while food was being prepared. I'd definitely recommend this place

Tried out this hidden gem at the local gas station and was pleasantly surprised! I had the steak quesadilla and steak tacos. The quesadilla was fried just right—crispy outside, melty cheese inside, and packed with steak. It was a little on the greasy side for my stomach, but still delicious and satisfying. The tacos were the highlight for me—generously filled with flavorful steak, fresh cilantro, and onion. Simple, classic, and done right. Great spot for a quick bite with authentic flavor!

The Inches Taco Truck came to our house for my daughter’s birthday. They were a hit! Couldn’t have made things easier for me and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!!

Ordered a $17 burrito online. Said it would be ready, drove down there only to find no one was there making food. System sucks to get a refund also. Thought I was going to have to dispute it with my bank but an hour later got an email saying it was refunded. What a waste of time and energy.

This is a one-man show inside of the convenience store, but don't let that deter you. Inches tacos has some kept me warm and fed during some of the harshest winter nights. The owner always brings a great attitude and you can see every step of the cooking process. When you bite in, it tastes as fresh as it gets, and the steak is so juicy I keep coming back for more. Haven't even tried the pork yet. There is seating for 8 if you need but he's quick enough to order takeout. I wish inches tacos had its own location

The best places are always in the weirdest locations. So this is inside a gas station, but they do have a food truck also. The food is very tasty and not super spicy that you can't even eat it (that goes for the salsa, too). It is mostly take out or delivery due to the location, but trust me, the food is amazingly good. Never judge a book by its cover. A++

The place is uneventful but what it is is that the tacos are very good and the taqueros are very friendly, I give them a 10

They decided to promote their restaurant by putting these all over cars in my apartments complex. When I called to talk about this they acted like they couldn’t understand me and when speaking spanish said “we have to get back to real work”
