It is a charming little bakery. I stumbled onto this place by accident, and the staff was welcoming and the pastry selection was lovely.

I ordered a coconut Easter lamb cake for Easter. I picked it up at the appointed time at 9 am Saturday. The cake looked darling. When I served it the next day for Easter I was so embarrassed! The cake was so exceptionally dry that no one finished their piece. 35.00 for this?

I was so excited to get a lamb cake for Easter this year!! Purchased it yesterday and today it is completely dry and crumbly. Basically inedible and paid $36 for it. I know it’s the holidays and it’s busy but almost forty dollars for a cake and it’s going in the trash. Hopefully can get a refund.

There is very little wait time on Saturday afternoons. They have extra staff and are very attentive to crowds coming in. The selection of fresh bakery items was excellent.Had a slice of pizza next door for 5 bucks and went next door to Jarosch and spent 5 bucks for pastries to have with espresso coffee later.

I love this place and have been going here for 20 years but the products are more "dry" than they used to be and the ingredients are not as good as they used to be. Everything tastes worse than it used to.I like everything they make but it's not top notch anymore. Been here twice in recent weeks and both times the fresh made baked items (danish, donuts, cakes, etc) were dry and lacking sweetness and moisture and flavor.I'll still be a customer of theirs but it's not that good anymore.

This is my favorite bakery anywhere. It's an old school bakery and everything is great. My favorite items are their brownies, eclairs, cinnamon bread (with no raisins - thank you!) and apple slice bars, but you really can't go wrong with anything there. We've been going here for years, even after moving away from the area years ago. It's a must visit place every time we're in town.

WORST SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE!!!!!Today was the worst experience I ever had in Jarosch. I came there to order a custom cake for my son's 1st birthday and the lady who was "trying to help" me doesn't know what she is doing. She is literally going to her manager for every single question I asked her. SERIOUSLY!!!If she is a new employee, she shouldn't be there to help to people who come there to order custom cakes. Because thats something an experienced employee should handle. Whenever I ask her for price on cookies, cakes, cupcakes, fillings she doesn't know anything about it. I wasted my 1hour at the store and couldn't find any result and I walk out from the store. I am not a new customer so I know how you guys work but when you get experiences like this people will think twice.

Wow! This place is amazing! I needed a very large order of Paczkis (28 dozen) for the residents of Luther Village and they took the order with a smile. No problem at all. And when I arrived this morning (2/13) at 7:30am I was greeted by the most amazing staff. Smiling and helpful. Cheerful as they brought out 10 very large boxes. Each and every member of their staff should be praised for their hospitality. 10 out of 10! Oh…. And the pastries were so good. Delicious. Don’t let the long lines scare you off. It’s all worth the wait. (Although my pre-order was ready and no line there.)

Wish I could share a photo...the advertised Pacskis are sliced and filled to overflowing. What was received (lemon) was a barely filled donut. Very delicious, no doubt, but not even close to what was 'promised'

This is such a wonderful little bakery. I made an online order for half a dozen assorted paczki but couldn't resist the temptation and got a graham cake slice, a strawberry tart, and a cinnamon bread on recommendation of the bakery employee who served me. Highly recommend! The prices were reasonable, staff was friendly, and the treats are beautiful.
