Jersey Mikes is delicious but this has the BEST STAFF EVER! The cashier is maybe the nicest person I have ever met and they always are so kind to greet me. They help turn my day around!

Having kids work in there is just making it a mess. Food was made sloppy , employees cursing and speaking as if I wasn’t there , took forever to even help me ..I was so close to just walking out

Very nice people. I was running around all day looking for my iPhone I lost. Target where I lost my phone did not help. Next door T-Mobile refused to help but Jersey Mike hearing my delema was kind enough to find Apple Store near by that’s open. They did not give me that’s your problem attitude. This is where humanity comes in. And the food was prepared the way I requested.

Very slow service. Unfriendly and indifferent staff . . . they cut your sandwich without asking the customer whether they want it cut in half or not. If they want to succeed, retraining is necessary. Plenty of other places to get good food.

I frequent this JM nearly weekly as it’s close to work and usually have an ok experience.

Today I walk in and there’s a line of only 5 people. Me and one other person are at the back, yet to order. Stand there for 5 mins and the guy looks at us and goes “we’ve got a huge order so it’s gonna be 15-20 mins”. I respond with, “you can’t just take our order since we’re standing right here in front of you?” And he says “nope, they’re gonna be here in 5 mins”. Me and the other guy walk out.

So basically a mobile order is more important than any other customer order, especially one that would take 2 mins to make? Really dissatisfied with his customer service and how he handled the situation which is why I’m writing this review.

My order was taken and prepared by one person while the cashier took my payment. However after I paid the preparer slid my sandwich to the cashier to cut my sandwich (obviously touching my sandwich) and wrapped it WITHOUT removing the gloves she was wearing that touched the dirty cash register! Gross! Who knows how many germs are on that thing!
I wish I would have said something at the time but I didn’t. Definitely will next time if there is a next time ☹️?

I only gave a 1 star because of the service. In today’s age with so many food delivery services available, during rush lunch and dinner times, there should be a 2nd slicer and a 2nd person doing the toppings. People who come in should not have to wait 30 minutes from the time they walked in to get their sandwich because the slicer and toppings people are making 10+ to go sandwiches every few minutes.

Great Customer Service! Jack treated me warmly and respectfully. The sandwiches were tasty and the shop was clean. We were working late and I ran out to get a late dinner. I walked in 15 minutes before closing to place an order. I promptly and courteously received my food and was on my way. I appreciate this Elk Grove location. Thank you Jack for your patience, professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy.
