I witnessed a young African American man in the back of your restaurant smoking what appeared to be a marijuana vape pen. I came in shortly after and he took my order his eyes where red and he appeared to be under the influence (sleepy look in his eyes kinda spacey) I think he was high while at work witch is unexpectable as a consumer i should not have to be exposed to situations like this that make me feel uneasy 0/10 would recommend

Walked in and felt welcomed immediately. The store was very clean and customer service was phenomenal. I got there at open and my turkey sandwich was very fresh. Amazing location I can tell they have good employees an management.

Jersey Mikes is delicious but this has the BEST STAFF EVER! The cashier is maybe the nicest person I have ever met and they always are so kind to greet me. They help turn my day around!

Having kids work in there is just making it a mess. Food was made sloppy , employees cursing and speaking as if I wasn’t there , took forever to even help me ..I was so close to just walking out

Very nice people. I was running around all day looking for my iPhone I lost. Target where I lost my phone did not help. Next door T-Mobile refused to help but Jersey Mike hearing my delema was kind enough to find Apple Store near by that’s open. They did not give me that’s your problem attitude. This is where humanity comes in. And the food was prepared the way I requested.
