Been going here a few times now and they have a good selection of donuts as far as Krispy Kreme is concerned. But when they have donuts they have for a limited time it can be hot or miss. Like the eclipse donut, I went on a Saturday but they were all out. And sometimes they are out of others as well. But I was able to get the kit-kats ones. But overall it's spacious and you can see the assembly line of donuts they are making. These donuts really don't disappoint!

We each enjoyed a hot glazed donut fresh from the conveyor as well as a chocolate covered with Kreme filling and cups of fresh coffee. The facility is huge and well kept. We were the only 2 in the shop so it was very quiet.We will return soon.

I went in on Sunday wanting an Eclipse donut I had heard so much about. Was told by the guy behind the counter they sold out before 10A. This is the place they make the donuts!!! Just put another batch on!!! Poor planning by management!!! The guy behind the counter had an attitude like not my problem we sold out and you were not here before 10A.
POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEDISAPPOINTED WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION!! The employees there don't want to work so they are mad. I walked out without making a purchase.

Got a email for 9.99 Saint Patrick day dealGot to register girl wanted my phone number or email gave both. Apparently I wasn’t in the system and was told to download an app to sign up.Somehow I got a email must have had some account. Ended up walking out with no doughnuts.I work in the retail and food industry.The girl could have showed some customer service.Or you need to advertise I need an account of some sort to get that deal.

Drove about an hour to the closest, they ran out and didn't know how to make doughnuts? and I called this place cust service was great at this store. The selection is very limited there's no variety really. The glazed must have been out for a while they were cold when I got in the car . There good but not as great as doughnutsused to be 5yrs ago.
