This hidden gem had some excellent Japanese food. I had the curry katsu and was not disappointed. Only a few miles south of Mitsua, so if you don't want those crazy lines, try this place out!
Kurumaya is literally the best Japanese restaurant we got. The staff is great and the prices can't be beat. Have had most fried items to all the way across the sushi menu, not a single bad item. "Never had a bad time there." Please stay open forever Kurumaya.

You can enjoy so many kind of side dishes for your drinks at dinner time.
My recommendation is Chirashi Sushi at lunch time with full of different kind of sashimi for $15-16.
It's a real bargain.
Their Katsu Curry is also good.
