I've consistently experienced incredibly poor service here, and it seems to happen nearly every time I visit. Not only is the service rude, but this time the food appeared to be old and was not made to order. Despite these issues, I continue to come back due to the convenience and my sentimental attachment to Little Caesars from my childhood. While I understand it's fast food, there's no excuse for the staff to be consistently rude or for the food to be subpar. It's clear that both the management and staff could benefit from hospitality training.

Stopped in here last month and had quite possibly one of the best customer service experiences in awhile from a food establishment. Didn't catch the gentleman at the front's name, but thought he deserved a shoutout.

they have a month expired coke hasn't restocked since last month and now im sick and throwing up so dont get the this pizza from here they have barley no employees there its the same person everytime

The owner of this location would be very upset if they found out what was going on here. They consistently reject customers 10 minutes before they close. If the location closes at 9:00pm, it should accept customers till 8:59pm, otherwise they are just making the branch look bad and loosing profit for the owners.

MOST RECENT REVIEW: Placed another order today online. After ordering I called the store to ask if they can make it well-done. After 15 minutes of trying to get a hold of them, an Indian guy answered the phone. Just said "Hello?" Not even stating that it was Little Caesar's. He said the pizza is ready for pickup. I said I tried calling earlier to ask if they can make it well-done. He goes "yeah yeah, sure". I asked if it was crispy and again he says, "yeah yeah, sure". What a joke of a place.My pizza was ready, except it seemed like it's been sitting in the heater for several hours. The cheese looked barely melted anymore & had burns all over it. It probably sat because it was burnt and nobody wanted it.

I went on Tuesday July 25th at approximately 8 pm , the guy who worked there was very upset for some reason , I tried to order with my kids and he kept pushing me to pay , and when I told him when I wasn’t ready yet he just walked away upset , I had to leave because I didn’t want to spend my money on bad customer service !!! Worst customer service experience ever!!

Have gone to Domino's, and 3 medium pizzas and 16pc wings were 90 bucks. I stopped by little Ceasars and got 4 pizzas and 2 buffalo wings and it cost me 40-50 bucks. Forget about the rest of the other pizzas. Best prizes TO DATE. They didn't cut your pizzas properly? BOOHOO, cry me a river and just cut them up and grab a slice. Who would've thought it could be so simple! Give them a try!!!
