Sorry but I just don't see what the fuss is about.
Average pizza with extremely slow service at lunchtime of my visit.
A hard pass.

Ate take out in the parking lot and noticed kitchen employees coming in and out of the back door going to their cars walking out with cans. Didn’t think much of it until I threw away my box and noticed it was beer cans… really weird for employees to drink on the job, no wonder food was awful

This Lou Malnati's location has a great atmosphere. Feels like lodge/old farm style pizza place. Heather took our order and provided us with excellent service throughout our dinner. I was able to try their famous buttered crust on a pepperoni pizza which was delightful and my friend ordered the Buffalo pizza which was also incredible. This location serves Pepsi products which I prefer, so thank you for that as well. It's always great to have a good pizza experience and this one was amazing. Thank you Heather for providing us with a great night!

Yesterday it was delivered. Today, we’re dining in. Heather is doing an amazing job and making us feel at home. I am having the Buffalou chicken with franks hot sauce. It is sooooooo good. This is the best pizza I can remember having.

I stopped coming here because of lousy food and lousy service. Haven't been here in 9 months. Went last night. Food was greatly improved. ALTHOUGH, they took away cheese cubes and mozzarella sticks. Their mozzarella bites were different and actually good.

THE PROBLEM? AT LOU'S there's ALWAYS a problem. I looked at my app today for something totally different. THEY DID NOT UPGRADE MY REWARDS. AT LOU'S there is ALWAYS A PROBEM. Doubt I'll be back. It's a shame. I actually like their pizza. MORETTI'S it is

We love the pizza but this is the 2nd time we had issues with delivery. The 1st we decided to go through corporate to see if they could fix the service without loss of reputation as we love the pizza.
The experience from 10/26 was just as horrible. We ordered couple of pizzas and wings for Sunday dinner at 545pm with expected delivery for 645pm. By 715pm when we didn't get our pizza I called Lou's. I was told the driver is 5 min away. Like a sucker I took the persons word for it. The pizza and wings arrived cold by 735pm. We had kids and family eating cold food without the joy of eating gooey cheesy pizza.
I love the pizza but the deliveries from this location are horrible...get pick up unless you want to wait almost 2hrs for cold food.

Service is awful, the people who answer the phones don't listen and when your order is screwed up they don't do anything to help you correct it. Find another pizza place.

Best pan sausage pizza with the butter crust.
And great salads.
Everything is great.
Been going to the original location in Lincoln wood for 40 plus years.
The chocolate chip cookie pizza is great too.
Great lunch specials.
If you have never tried Lou Malnati's you should and you will enjoy

I really enjoyed coming here. The atmosphere is welcoming. Service was perfect and timely. Above all that the deep dish was a 10 out of 10. I forgot our servers name it was late at night on a Monday. She was phenomenal and hilarious. Thank you.

Airport Detour! Visiting out of town for some Chicago style pizza. I was pleasantly surprised, really enjoyed the fresh deep dish pizza. Not super doughy but a light buttery crisp crust. Good service, the cost is on the higher side so you can expect to spend 60 dollars plus for 2 people. Overall I'd go back! 👍
