We prefer the Buffalo Grove location; the staff is overall friendlier and more welcoming there. They weren't particularly rude here, but the one 20 minutes down the road is 10 times better.
The server, I believe her name was Katrina was wonderful. The issue with service was was related to the reservation time. Arrived slightly before reservation time. The reservation meant nothing as we still waited 35-40 minutes after the reserved time. At check-in, was told 5 minutes. 10 minutes after actual time, 5 minutes again..to have to still wait 30 more. The place was packed. Then, while seated, we were greater by a couple big ants on the table. Didn't bother to say...
Despite confirming our reservation, our table for 8 was not prepared for us. A table for 5 arrived after us and was seated before us. We were finally seated and the waitress brought us drinks and did not return. We wanted to order before the rest of our party arrived. I then had to go up front to ask someone to find our waitress to take our order. It still took additional time for the food to arrive. Dessert took a long time to be delivered. The check was brought out quickly however....
