This McDonald's is hit or miss with the food. The chicken was soggy and flabby. The buns were slightly hard either from over-toasting or they were just old.

Love McD food but this location is horrible simply because lots of people bring kids to play place but does not order anything, they just occupied place and tables without spending single dollar. I complained to staff today, they did not to absolutely anything about it. Worder saw the huge guy sitting at empty table and just decided to ignore him and my complaints. I had 3 meals and two kids with me and ended up sitting at horrible spot while guy occupied table did not buy anything, just brought child to play. I am missing this place every Saturday for years and this is starting to pissing me off. Maybe I should start doing the same, bring them to play without spanding $20-$30 each time. It's a shame that customers are not appropriated.

Ordered through the app just now. Ordered some food and an ice coffee, came through the drive through. Teen girl was getting it ready, I can see through the drive through window she dropped the coffee while making it because she was tipping the machine. Okay, mistakes happen. Had to pull around and wait for the coffee. I get home and taste the coffee, it’s literally water. It tasted like NOTHING. I paid extra for caramel and whipped cream, didn’t receive either. Had to drive back and ask for it to be remade. Lady at the counter was nice, she went back and remade it and offered an apology. I could hear the girl who made my coffee laughing about my complaint with the boy who was also there while she mopped up the original coffee she dropped. Not only is it infuriating to have to hop back in the car and drive to the McDonald’s to have something remade, but for the girl to not even be the least bit apologetic, but mocking instead? Yeah, okay. I’ll drive a little further to the next McDonald’s instead next time. They obviously don’t give a damn here and I’m not going to be wasting my time going back and forth again.

Went back for a drink I never got charge but did ask for it at the teller and then got the pancakes got to work and no syrup !!! Wow !! Always happens at this location!! Something’s wrong

This McDonald’s is probably the worst McDonald’s ive have ever been too. The touch screens while ordering are super dirty with boogers on them. No free refills or any napkins anywhere. The bathroom has flies everywhere it’s disgusting. The food is not even cooked right with excessive amounts of oil. These employees should start cleaning up other than hang around taking to each other not even helping customers. If I could give zero stars I would. I hope the owner sees this and takes action and holds all employees that work here responsible.
