So in come In pretty much every day. An I have a bad back so I lay down I get I can’t sleep. Since it has to keep the work place flowing. i understand it’s a responsibility to buy food to stay inside the business/ building but what if I’m someone waiting for lunch. Or don’t wanna deal with the heat outside. I understand policy’s I get that but what if I was just waiting for lunch. I’m not gonna give a bad review cause this is prb one of the quickest McDonald’s in IL. This person can also be having just a bad day. An wants to nag on someone. It’s just messed up. I understand tho. I come in spend my cash, why do I bother spending my cash. I’m not really a people person an I like quite. I come in an see the play area not open yet. So I pretty much wait they got a sign stating 9:00 it will open. But then don’t open the play area till 9:30 about. I’m not gonna nag. Just a headache. This world is so doomed…. Then also a few days later I come back in pretty much everyday this same manger keeps nagging on me they not getting my cash they lost a valid customer who actually comes in will go to the other McDonald’s on bus’s road the mangers are so much nicer there.

No ice cream available. Come on McDonald's get it together. If it's on the menu, you should make the effort to make sure it's available. This location is open 24hours, and the only reason we stopped in was for a couple mcflurries, just to wait online and be informed they aren't available. Take notes, unhappy/ unsatisfied customers are far less likely to bother coming back...

Lady at the counter was not having someone order at the counter. She was really rude to every customer she interacted with. She literally just walked away from a customer who was trying to place an order and another employee stepped in. Really nice facility though
