They are constantly getting my whole order wrong if they don’t understand what I’m saying to them through the speaker then they should say they don’t understand me instead of just guessing what I’m saying and getting things wrong. I had to pour out my coffee cause it’s unsinkable. So thanks for waiting my money

I always have issues with this location they can never get my orders correct… and this time I did a pickup order for 2 meals and a couple extras and they made me wait over 20 minutes just to mess up my order…
3/1/25, ordered an iced unsweetened lemonade tea. However, when I looked at my drink, I noticed something black inside. Upon opening the lid to inspect it more closely, I found that an unidentified object was frozen with the ice, and there was black residue around it. It was extremely disgusting and I couldn’t bring myself to drink it, so I had to throw it away. This was a very disappointing experience, and I am concerned about the cleanliness and quality control at this location. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that such issues are prevented in the future.

Ive been a ElkGrove resident for 15 years and I’ve never experienced this type of customer service. Worst management (Victor). This man is very aggressive and makes me think twice if I should eat my food. Very cheap and does not know how to manage. I will go to the one on meacham I advise ppl to NOT go there. LAZY AND DISRESPECTFUL WORKERS.
