I work overnight, and mugs has came through for me a numerous occasions. In regards to quality food and quality service. Today, I was unable to drive to pick up my orders. I placed Uber order delivery. There was a significant issue processing my order and Uber ended up charging me $30 And canceling my order. I went back-and-forth with Uber to no avail, I spoke with the young lady at the restaurant and she was able to rectify the situation. I had to go pick up the pizza which I absolutely didn’t mind. Kudos To the customer service efforts at the front desk.

Got a meat lovers pizza for pickup when I got home and tried the pizza there was no seasoning or anything the sausage was even a little pink and when I ask for some Parmesan they gave me 2 packets for a large pizza that was enough for 2 slices. For 30 dollars I would have rather got little ceasers don’t recommend.

Did a dinner take out, ribs and lasagna, when they say full slab of ribs they mean it, and the attention to including the small stuff (butter, ketchup, sour cream, extra rib sauce, bread rolls) was all there, this is our new go to place.
