We have ordered from mugs 3 times. Everytime was delicious. Fast delivery too. Gluten free pizza crust is the best my special lady friend has had! Potato skins ,ribs ,chicken.are excellent. Also have a great gyro. And Kevin is friendly and very helpful. Plus they're open late if you get hungry late at night! We will definitely order food from mugs again

Guy behind the counter was super cool !! Told jokes while keeping it courteous and professional. Restaurant is counter service. We chose to eat outside on their patio. Sun was still out. Food was brought out to us promptly and hot. Generous portions and taste great ! Highly recommend Mugs to all.

Used to go to the Mugs in Des Plaines and on Touhy Ave and always loved pizza from there. However, super disappointing when we tried this location’s pizza last night. Crust did not seem fresh or have that usual crisp that pizza crust does. The sausage had a super odd taste to it. Strange that the quality is not the same here!

Service is cool, atmosphere is ok but the food is horrible,I had a slice of pizza and I was better off with a tombstone from Walmart ,had the Italian beef and it didn’t give beef vibes felt like I was eating a knockoff Philly steak ,fries taste like cardboard bs ,I feel like they have to get more premium ingredients and do right because there open till 3 am and I work nights and always pass them up now ,don’t feel bad the McDonald’s in the lot is horrible to just feel mugs need to step up the taste and they will take over in that area over McDonald’s and taco maya which are open late ,step it up and I’ll definitely eat lunch there 5 nights a week because they have a lot of stuff just got turned off because I ate 3 times there and literally just threw it all away after a few bite
