I ordered two weeks ago a cake for my daughter's birthday, set up a pick up time for today, July 30th at 8:30 am and guess what, the store was close, with a message that the store will open again in August the 2nd. So, no cake. Nobody showed up. Nobody sent a note telling me my daughter's birthday cake was not going to be ready for her birthday party. Anyway, you can decide.

This place is amazing! We love everything that we've tried but our favorites are the caramel rolls, Danishes and the croissant breakfast sandwiches with bacon( best bacon ever). I could live off of those. We come here every Sunday morning.

My daughter has been enjoying safe treats from Nutphree’s since she was two years old. She also loves to bake from scratch and says she wants to own her own nut free bakery one day. She has truly been inspired by this amazing company. Since they were closed in August for her 10th birthday, they promised to make her a cake at a later date. Today we picked up her belated baking themed birthday cake and look at her smile!

I can't think of a single thing not to like about this bakery. The mere fact that it's a nut-free operation would really be enough for me, having two children allergic to peanuts and tree nuts. But it also happens to be absolutely delicious! We've bought cupcakes on many occasions, as well as a variety of their smaller bakery items like cookies, brownies, and cake pops. Everything is always perfect. Their custom cakes are adorable and creative. Their prices are totally reasonable as well, especially when you see what bakeries in the city charge. The location is in a very industrial part of Elk Grove Village, so it's not really a place you go to hang out in -- more like grab your stuff and go. But it is always worth the trip for me! I'm so grateful for Nutphree's!

They made the best looking cupcakes and donuts! We ordered them for the daycare my daughter goes to...Brian was so patient in answering my gazillion questions as I was trying to figure out the logistic and budget. Everything turned out great! The only regret I had was that we didn't order extra so we could get a taste of the treats!
