First time ordering online for pick up at this location. Food was ready fast but there was a line out the entrance doors. Walked to the pick up area and I guess they just choose your soda for you…cup was full next to my order. The manager questioned my name a few times and had to assure him that was me.Probably won’t go back to this location.

Personnel behave like they are trying to steal food from your plate that they are selling to you. Always trying to put as less as possible, especially beef. I've been in multiple Pandas' all over the US, and always the same story. Looks like general management forcing personnel to steal food from clients.
