Really goo
Worst place ever. Filthy disgusting and terrible service. Food sucks too. and very overpriced.
September 2025 update: If you like carbs........go here. If you like protein - stay away.
I spent nearly $40 yesterday for me and 1 other person to get (2) Pick-2 lunches. we both got a half sandwich and half salad.
Portion sizes are a joke. Small. Like kids meals. And they literally put 1 spoonful of meat on the sandwiches. Not exaggerating. 1 spoonful. The sandwich is 90% bread, 5% condiments and 5% meat. Typical Panera sandwich. I only went here because person I was with wanted to go. Personally I hate this restaurant because you get $2 worth of food and they charge you nearly $20.
The half salad was just as bad. Like a kids meal size.
Looking forward to them going out of business one day.

Three kids, one mom, zero chaos — Panera, you’re a miracle. Everyone gets what they want, food comes quick, and I get five minutes of peace and a warm coffee. You saved my sanity today.

The store was clean and the staff was great. I was greeted when I walked in and I received my mobile order in a reasonable amount of time.

I regularly order from here for delivery to my job- but not anymore. I ordered the a sandwhich entree with chips and a soup with bread the other day. I called to request butter for my bread (which is kind of ridiculous that you can't add something simple like butter to your cart anywhere on the website, and I can't be the only one that likes bread + butter). Received my delivery, with no butter and no chips for the sandwhich. I immediately called back, and was told by Johnny (the same one that promised me he'd put butter in the bag) that he will leave a note for the manager and tell his team to check the orders better. I was not given an option for someone to re-deliver items or a refund or anything. I feel ripped off and was given very poor customer service from Johnny. Never received a call from a manager either.
I'm going to give them 3 stars because the managers are very helpful, but the brown-skinned lady who prepares the food is very rude and disrespectful and doesn't pay attention to the orders. The other day she gave me a bread that was so hard it felt like a rock, and she often gets the orders wrong and messes them up. Please, managers, pay more attention to that lady.

Hello, I was perusing for some quality grub when I happened upon Panera bread. I was immediately enamored with the impeccable atmosphere and lost in the brown eyes of a young man with black curly hair and tan skin. He showed me kindness that I thought impossible in my old age. I love Panera bread and it’s incredible service

Please double check the food and drinks before giving them out for delivery since I can’t go out on my lunch and get this changed. I will be throwing it away.
