I'm going to give them 3 stars because the managers are very helpful, but the brown-skinned lady who prepares the food is very rude and disrespectful and doesn't pay attention to the orders. The other day she gave me a bread that was so hard it felt like a rock, and she often gets the orders wrong and messes them up. Please, managers, pay more attention to that lady.

Hello, I was perusing for some quality grub when I happened upon Panera bread. I was immediately enamored with the impeccable atmosphere and lost in the brown eyes of a young man with black curly hair and tan skin. He showed me kindness that I thought impossible in my old age.
