We are a local company and love the food. the service is always great. We live in Algonquin and my family always asks to pick it up on the way home. its a long drive home and they package it up to travel.

The Pho is okay. The atmosphere is really relaxing and the decor is average but clean.

I came in on Friday at 1720 hoping to catch their 20% off. I have a pick up a block away from Pho Xich Lo EGV. They weren’t ready so I figure I walk and grab something quick to eat. I drive by it in a semi and never gave them a chance because there’s nowhere for me to park. I’ve been eyeballing Pho Xich Lo for a very long time. I walked in asked if they have banh mi, the lady said no. They have it on their website menu. I jumped to my second choice vermicelli bowl #1, the lady said it’s not available. Then she said none of the vermicelli bowls are available. That’s three strikes for me so I’m out. Sorry Pho Xich Lo but I will not be returning again. I’m a local truck driver that service EGV and surrounding cities. I’m a big pho guy and I will only eat pho at my favorite pho spot. I usually go to Pho Nam Lua in Chicago. They are the best and the pho is on spot each and every time. Rice and vermicelli bowls too ! OhI’m Vietnamese and I eat a lot of Asian food.

Great foods at an affordable price. The portion were great as well. The pho is great.

This was the most amazing food! The service was amazing, the staff was so sweet. They were so thankful and gave us some extra food to try! It was such a cold long day, and this really was the perfect meal!

Vegetarian options: They only had bone broth left at the end of the day when we visited, and they special made a small batch of vegetarian broth for my friend who could not have bone broth! They were so sweet and it was much appreciated!

Great broth, and worthy of five stars due to their fair pricing and quick, warm service.
They recently had a new chef employed.

However, I’d recommend against getting their spring rolls. The meat is too gamey and smells terrible(akin to frozen deli meat scent).

Stick to their pho, come during lunch hours and you will not be disappointed.

My first time at this location and I won't go back. Service was terrible and broth in Pho had zero flavor. Ordered hot tea and only received half a cup. She mention she needed to make more hot water and would be back. Then we asked for cold cup of water twice. She never bought it. When we received our Pho she just dropped the bowls and walked away. I went to the counter and asked for a spoon and the very nice gentleman showed me they have buffet style all the toppings for pho, silverware and water. I'm not sure why the girl waiting on us didn't say anything.
I've been to Geneva location was hoping this was just as good. Now hoping for Roselle location þo be good. ???
