Portillo hot dog specifically the Maxwell street Polish Dog are my go to treat in Chicago.
This location is one of the full service locations with sit down capabilities and ample tables to enjoy it all.
The Chicago Style Hot dog is also spectacular everywhere on the menu is calorie rich with great tasting delights it’s my favorite cheat meal .

The fall of this place needs to be studied. I ordered a beef and cheese croissant sandwich—it somehow came with no cheese. The soda was flatter than tap water left out overnight, and the French fries were stale, limp, and tasted like reheated cardboard. Absolutely nothing was fresh, nothing was correct, and nothing was even remotely enjoyable. The entire meal was a complete waste of time and money.
