Ordered on Uber Eats. Came quickly and the pot pie soup was great; the sandwich was not. Bacon undercooked and fatty, chicken was fatty so I had to pick a lot off. Mayo sandwich with 1 slice of pickle and two small pieces of cucumber.

Dan the man-ager at this location really went above and beyond for me. I ordered through the app a turkey original and wanted to use my perks towards a free sandwich. Unfortunately, the app was not reflecting 0.00 amount when doing so. So long story short, it totally charged me, I asked to speak with someone. Dan asked what the problem was and I informed him the troubles with the app. He showed concern and listened even though he was busy, he made the time for me! He said "No problem, I'll refund your money before the EOD." He's a man of his word, great customer shown skills and my hat goes off to him also for running a great staff at this location! Dan's the man!

This is the most unprofessional and the worst Potbelly location I’ve ever seen. I ordered from them a few weeks ago at work and they added bacon on my sandwich by mistake, when I called them, he didn’t even care and said nothing he can do since they didn’t have anyone to replace my order, so I ended up throwing it out and have no lunch that they. Today I just ordered from them again and they sent me a wrong soup with my order, very stupid and never order from these clowns again.

Wow. Started fasting today for religious reasons. Ordered food for my family and drove all the way to the store to find out somebody closed the business 30 minutes before actual closing. What a shame. Making sandwiches must have really worn out the staff to leave 30 minute prior to closing! You guys keep killing it! God bless!
This location is great. The food is good, and the service is good, but the online ordering system with Potbelly is so glitchy, and they had a software glitch where I couldn't use my giftcards for months after purchasing them!To make matters worse, they said they'd had this issue before but told me I had to go back to where I bought them to seek a refund. But the only issue is with their system, so I couldn't return them.Absolutely horrible customer support for their website.Again, this restaurant is good though! I just had problems with Potbelly corporate

Today we have office lunch, we ordered some salads and some sandwiches. However, the lettuce shows Rusty Brown spots and on the cutting edge too, are they from yesterday? Panera Bread has similar problem but Potbelly is the worst.Potbelly was a fresh bread, better ingredients sandwiches store. Just not any more.
