Ordered take out and the deep dish with Italian beef was awesome. The crust was cooked just right with the right amount of cheese and tomato. The breadsticks were thin and crispy.

This was My first time trying Elk Grove I called it in and it was ready when I got there and the food was delicious we have one in Schaumburg but this is our new pizza restaurant.

The delivery man must've walked it a few miles to get here because it took forever. My pizza was cold, fries cold and soggy. I had to throw it all in the oven while thinking, damn my lazyass should've just cooked

Every time I go they never have bacon slices a pizza like they always say they're going to
When I walked to pick up my deep dish pizza, on the kitchen floor were 3 deep dish pans! I assume you don’t really wash pizza pans for favor purposes but either way why the hell would you have pans on the floor! Gross especially if you do not wash them & then stack them. I get home & we all noticed the bottom of the crust was burnt. We tossed 1/2 of it out. Never again!
