Buffet not worth $50. They don't have alot the the items they show on the wine list. But lady Bar tender is awesome.

Had an amazing experience with Schaul’s for our wedding. We didn’t want the traditionally catered wedding and they ran with the challenge… They got every detail we asked for from the plates to the cutlery. We ended up with a BBQ buffet that still managed to be classy and organized. The staff was professional and even fun, shout out to Janet and Matt, especially! Bartenders were on point…let’s just say everyone had fun at this wedding. Absolutely fabulous job. Thank you!

We used Schauls for my daughter’s wedding. The caterer should make things easy for the bride and groom so they have one less thing to stress about the wedding. Working with Schauls was very frustrating and stressful. We found out three weeks before the wedding that the table setting they showed us at the tasting was not the one they included in the price. Their five piece China table setting did not include wine glasses. It was over $10,000 for 100 people and they wanted to charge us $100 extra for wine glasses plus $20 extra for a tablecloth for the cake table plus $1.50 per slice to cut the cake. All those examples were things that the caterer we used for my other daughter’s wedding just did for us so we wouldn’t have to worry about it and that caterer was almost half the price. Then the day of the wedding they showed up almost an 1.5 hours late with no reason why and no apology. When they were an hour late on the wedding day, we called the office to ensure they were coming and the office was closed; therefore, we had no way to contact them on the day of the event.

Schauls made my daughter's bridal shower perfect! The food was outstanding and there was plenty of it. The staff was so quick and attentive to all the guests no one was in need of anything.Cynthia was always quick to respond & answer questions which made planning super easy.Highly recommend due any type of event!

On a extremely busy Thanksgiving morning for them, the whole staff was looking for an order that I messed up on. The staff including head chef, Robert Gadsby, took time to take my new order, prepare the food, and walk me through how to finish preparing the turkey and ham once I brought it home. They wanted to make sure their food would make our Thanksgiving dinner spectacular. Truly amazing pride in their food and service.

The nicest people, fantastic chefs, and a wonderful experience all around. Can't wait for our wedding with them catering!

Schaul's catered a large event for me with over 400 co-workers at the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge. They delivered excellent service and great tasting food. Working with their staff leading up to the race event date was so easy because Andrew replied quickly and was always able to answer all of my questions.
