My vanilla chai tea latte did not have much chai taste to it was kind of watered down a bit for flavor and my liking !

FOOD: the coffee was nothing special and the rest of the stuff look like it maybe came out of a box or something. They had a lot of gross microwave sandwiches there.
SERVICE: big tip cup out front in no way to put milk in your own coffee or condiments or anything, I think they were just too lazy to put it out.
ATMOSPHERE: it was like a weird extreme stereotype, there was some strange hipster dude with a beard in a ponytail. No paper towels and they're filthy bathroom.
PRO-TIP grab a handful and napkins before you go in the bathroom, that way you can dry your hands and you don't have to touch the door with your hand.
Kid-friendliness: Don't bring your kids there it's a creepy place

Customer service SUCKS at the drive thru. It’s only at this location and because of that I would drive an extra 10 min to the other location to avoid this location. The girl is just rude over the intercom.

Dishonest employees. I asked an employee to check balances of four gift cards. She scanned them, and she told me each of four had a zero balance and asked me if I wanted her to toss them. I said no that I would take them. When I got home I called. They each had a balance totaling $40. What the heck? It’s hard to believe she made a mistake on all four. Beware you’re not scammed when you go in there. This is one of the reasons Starbucks is losing and going downhill
