I've placed numerous coffee orders with this branch, but I've never been so let down as I am now. The quantity of coffee I received, the price I paid, and the coffee's taste are all different from what I ordered. Additionally, the service is occasionally subpar. This is probably the last time I'll be placing an order here.

I just ordered an iced espresso, but it's really bad. You guys need to train your employees how to make coffee. You add the white chocolate mocha, then coffee and ice. That's it? Like you put sugar in the coffee and don't mix them together. How could you taste your coffee?

Pretty solid Starbucks. It is a chain restaurant but it doesn't deliver any less of a good experience than other Starbucks in the area. The staff is pleasant and never they have not messed up an order yet

Drive thru are confused and high off the coffee beans. They completely butchered my order. The sandwiches were cold. Worst experience at this location . I thought Starbucks was stepping it up . Plus Ethan was very rude!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks regularly for a while now, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the drinks are often inconsistent. Sometimes they taste off, and other times the cup isn’t even filled all the way. It’s frustrating, especially considering how expensive these drinks are. I expect them to be made right the first time.
I do want to acknowledge that the manager I spoke with was very kind and professional, and a few of the staff members are polite and do their best. However, this was my second time having to call and complain about an issue that could’ve easily been avoided with a bit more care.
It’s honestly a little embarrassing to have to keep calling and asking for my drink to be remade, but I just want what I paid for—to have my drink made the way it’s supposed to be. I hope things improve, because I really do enjoy coming here when everything is done right.

FOOD: the coffee was nothing special and the rest of the stuff look like it maybe came out of a box or something. They had a lot of gross microwave sandwiches there.
SERVICE: big tip cup out front in no way to put milk in your own coffee or condiments or anything, I think they were just too lazy to put it out.
ATMOSPHERE: it was like a weird extreme stereotype, there was some strange hipster dude with a beard in a ponytail. No paper towels and they're filthy bathroom.
PRO-TIP grab a handful and napkins before you go in the bathroom, that way you can dry your hands and you don't have to touch the door with your hand.
Kid-friendliness: Don't bring your kids there it's a creepy place

Customer service SUCKS at the drive thru. It’s only at this location and because of that I would drive an extra 10 min to the other location to avoid this location. The girl is just rude over the intercom.

Just a horrible experience. Extremely disrespectful staff in the drive through window. The supervisor was insanely rude.
