Ordered americano with peppermint syrup. Label showed that confirmed on the drink, yet it had no peppermint syrup and was super burnt. Nowhere in app to get refund at least for the syrup. Go here a couple times a month and overall meh. Usually something wrong every few orders.

This store is by far the best Starbucks I've ever been too. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes even when the line is long and the best part is they always make my complicated drink correctly. I have issues with other Starbucks making my order wrong so I will only go to this one. I cannot express how great the staff and service at this store is!!!

This is the worst Starbucks some of the staff is not friendly & the orders are always incomplete I went for 2 wks in a row and the nuts were Stale each time I ordered the oatmeal and when I informed them they told me nuts would be thrown out and yet I ordered oatmeal again today and got blueberries to substitute nuts. No going bk there.

Never have I see such a messy Starbucks. All of the counte s were filed with coffee grounds, beans, spilled coffee. Team working looks very young and doesnt pay attention to sanitation. This was morning of Dec 12th. Will not be visiting this location again and manager should look into this and conduct staff training unless they are the ones enabling this behavior.

I went through the drive-through last night and was at the speaker told the girl what I wanted..... she didn't understand, so I asked her if I should drive up.... she said yes. I then drive up to the window, told her what I wanted, and she stood there looking at me and said nothing.....I then asked if she had what I wanted, she said yes. She went to the fridge looked at it for 5 minutes, started to walk back, then walked back to the fridge and looked at it for another 2 minutes. I then decided to go inside to help her. I went to the fridge, grabbed what I wanted, gave it to her, and said I would also like 4 sugar cones. She stood there and looked at me for a minute.... walked over to the case and held one up and said this? I said yes.... then she proceeded to hand them to me in my hands. I said, ummmm..... can I have a bag for these? She grabbed a bag. I just felt like I was in the Twilight Zone

I bought a Crispy Apple shaken espresso this morning and found a bee at the bottom after the ice melted. I don't go to Starbucks much to save money. I did today to treat myself and it was heartbreaking ? to spend over $7 and find a bee in my drink. The drink was delicious- in spite of the bee. The girls at the window was wonderful, she brighten my morning with her smile and friendly manners.

I have been coming to this facility for four years, never have I been treated so poorly by the manager of the store , because they made my order wrong 4 times in two weeks, and when I asked to speak to the manager she was unwilling to speak to me. She finally did come to the window with an attitude and acted like I did something wrong . Will not be going back to this facility !! Would give 0 stars if I had the ability to.

6 guys can’t handle 10 customers.30 minutes wait time for a coffee.Their manager Christina wasn’t helpful at all.If you can’t manage what you do at least let everybody waiting its going to be 30 minutes for a coffee.
