The worst bad Subway restaurant I never have the service is very bad I think the employees they think they are inside India not in America the restroom is not working you ask him for water they told you all you have to buy water you asking for napkin they give you only one napkin for two sandwiches . They should the City of Elk Grove Village close this restaurant as soon as possible

I am a good customer at subway, I buy my food from there everyday and I know the prices. The clerk who was there today 03/21/2024 at around 2 pm had a bad attitude. Putting little ingredients and charged me $1:50 more than usual. It the guy not the girl who is unlike him. Generous, polite and honest. I called the corporate and will follow up so he does not do that with others.

Do not recommend I was robbed I Ordered The Beast but it’s not as advertised at this location it comes with a smaller portion of meat usually always has 6 slices of pepperoni and salami and the other meats but this one came skimped out only having 4 slices per footlong. This location needs to be closed down all bad reviews, but if you must order you gotta stare them down while they make your sub…

I ordered some wraps. The wraps are different and taste terrible. There was hardly any meat and the extra cheese did not exist. It was mostly nasty wrap with little meat. To top it off, they didn't bother put the sauce on which was on my order which made it extra dry. I will never order from here again.
Found the worker to be kind and thoughtful even though they didn’t have a part of my order available (just a chocolate chip cookie).

I went here to redeem my bogo footlong staff seemed bothered I used a coupon for my meal they seem not very professional, I got meat ends in my sandwich and when I asked for a new sandwich they didn’t seem to want to comply and they didn’t give me enough vegetables for my order and my second sandwich didn’t seem to have the appropriate amount of chicken that I normally get I had a very unpleasant experience here I didn’t ask for anything free I just wanted what I paid for
