Specifically wrote it the notes to not toast it so they couldn’t mess it up, somehow still managed to toast it. This has happened multiple times so i’m done giving the benefit of the doubt. apparently they cant read or just don’t care.

The guy taking my order was on the phone the ENTIRE time, wasn’t listening correctly and I had to keep correcting him. It’s very unprofessional, I mean how hard is it to just put down the phone to handle a customer or ask the customer to wait? Didn’t even sound like the call was work related, sounded personal which makes this situation even worse

A lot of these people and these restaurants that they own they made such tremendous cuts on the portions it's not worth what you're going to spend in the quality is not there anymore I don't mean to have to be disrespectful to these people but you have to understand something if the people are going to put money out to buy the food you got to put some good food on the plate okay don't be cheap skimpy and tight because you're not going to get repeat customers I don't recommend some way especially at this location if they're willing to make some changes well I'll give it another try but until then I will not patronize them
