The only subway with no restroom for customers.Worse foods.I had to leave before 5:00 PM last time though it was open till 9:00 PM.

I really love this location and made a lot of memories here, Growing up in Elk Grove I always went to this subway with my friends and this Subway is amazing. I went here at 5 today and a couple days ago and the bread and cookies were so fresh considering how late it was. Also the atmosphere in there is very nice, The workers are always so polite and kind and caring. The place is always very clean and sanitary. The only downside is there isn't a restroom but other than that i really recommend this location!

I love subway and I have been going there since I was a kid and I don't often review fast food places, but in this case I had to. Me and mom went to the subway and we had a nice girl working and helping us where her manager takes over and removes over half the meat from my Italian, BMT and I had to say something for him to add sum of it but he only added one piece of ham back to the sandwich when he removed at least four pieces and I was very disappointed at that point. then he started to give me attitude as well but He gives me a free cookie at check out for my inconvenience so that's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 but I think he could've done that differently and with less Attitude so that why I'm leaving a review.

A lot of these people and these restaurants that they own they made such tremendous cuts on the portions it's not worth what you're going to spend in the quality is not there anymore I don't mean to have to be disrespectful to these people but you have to understand something if the people are going to put money out to buy the food you got to put some good food on the plate okay don't be cheap skimpy and tight because you're not going to get repeat customers I don't recommend some way especially at this location if they're willing to make some changes well I'll give it another try but until then I will not patronize them

The guy taking my order was on the phone the ENTIRE time, wasn’t listening correctly and I had to keep correcting him. It’s very unprofessional, I mean how hard is it to just put down the phone to handle a customer or ask the customer to wait? Didn’t even sound like the call was work related, sounded personal which makes this situation even worse

SKIP THIS PLACE! They only put a couple slices of meat on stale bread. And they do NOT ACCEPT Subway coupons.
I walked in for dinner first I noticed there is no public bathroom, next while toasting my sandwich I walked to the checkout register and noticed the plexiglass patrician had a note saying no indoor dining after 5 pm, I said are you kidding me where am I suppose to eat it's 6pm in my car? As I was ready to walk out and cancel my order the worker said all right then eat here quickly. The place was not mopped and tables were dirty

The most sloppiest subway ever seen made! The girl there in the morning just literally threw the ham on the sandwich dumped mayo in only 1 spot on my sandwich could care less how it looked, she was mostly invested in her conversation with her coworker standing there, but the worst is the ingredients didn’t even look fresh the lettuce had brown spots and tomatoes were soggy.
