so this is my second email. your food absolutely sucks at this location. and whoever ran that kitchen needs to be fired. incomplete cracked taco shells, burritos literally unwrapped and all over, chicken bowls with no lid fully attached, you guys got it all! oh and I did give thee ENTIRE ORDER back to that restaurant. and you want to know what your lovely shift manager said? " I can't do absolutely anything for you on an online order." so at this point, you guys have an unauthorized charge, won't answer your phone on your 800 phone number, and have completely stole my money. btw I have photo proof with geo location tagged that I brought that disgusting order back to that restaurant within 20 minutes of getting home. I'm also out at LEAST 15 dollars in gas too btw. we're almost at the point of legal action will be taken if my issue isn't resolved within three business days. therefore, I will send this review prompt every day, for the next three days until I get a response with swift action. because taco bell LLC has my money in contempt. thanks and have a great memorial day weekend!

You're better off ordering at the kiosk at least some people are. My number 10 burrito was significantly smaller when I ordered at the register
