Tonight, 1/26/2025, my wife on her way home from the hospital stopped by to pickup a late dinner for us. Everything we get is ordered the same way every single time for 14+ years. Tonight every taco is cracked in half due to lazy or clumsiness when bagging as well as there was only cheese on the tacos ordered from my #1 crunchy supreme meal. Order is always no lettuce and add chicken instead of beef. Even if they were cheese only why is there almost no cheese on this taco? To pay $35+ and this is what we receive is a joke. Usually I say nothing and let it go but with prices as high as they are this isn't acceptable. The tomatoes and sour cream are only there in such a little amount because my wife asked for sides to try and make up for their mistake. Clearly they didn't even give enough for us to rectify this.
My suggestion to all customers is to check every single part of your order before getting home or simply go to a real Mexican joint from now on. This location has been sliding downhill for months depending on who's working. This makes me sad because there use to be a few nice folks that were at this location.

I am so often. At that place and my home is down the street, so I bought gift card for my daughter so she can go after school to eat ! And I am very disappointed! I ordered chicken quesadillas and I got cheese cold one not even melt ! French fries were cold ! I am so disappointed!

I usually ignore small mistakes but today was terrible. My experiences have been poor at this location and I try to avoid it and go to the Roselle location. Most of the time, orders are incorrect and rather than fixing the situation, they ignore and decline to take responsibility. I have never asked for refund or get free stuff, just give me what I ordered. My suggestion is please verify your orders and always check your receipt to make sure your order is correct.
I spent 20 dollars on Uber eats and when I got my food it was basically just a tortilla. No filling at all on my 2 crunchwraps and my double decker taco. Horrible and a total waste of my money.

I just paid for 5 chalupas and got 4. Several Times have happened here. Staff that doesn’t know what they are doing.
Very nice and young gentlemen work there,I have to say thank you for good service. Either time was over and he with very nice manner asked me to enjoy my food at restaurant ,but he will lock door .

Hard pebble-like pieces in my food. I returned to drive thru letting them know there was a problem and requested ONE of the burritos (completely uneaten) be replaced since it was for a child. I suspected it was the rice but wasn’t sure. I was met with Eye rolls and extremely rude unprofessional behavior. Instead of apologizing , the cashier and cook both went out of their way to insist I was lying. What would I get out of this? I wasn’t even asking for a refund, only to replace the uneaten portion of my meal.. mind you, I drove all the way back to get it corrected. Go somewhere else, NOBODY deserves to be treated like this..
