As someone who works in customer service, I understand that mistakes happen, but when they happen repeatedly without proper resolution, it’s hard not to be frustrated. I ordered fajitas from this restaurant on October 7th, and for the second time, they failed to include the extra tortillas I requested. It’s such a simple thing, but for the second order in a row, they missed it.
When I called to address it, I was met with a disappointing attitude. The young lady on the phone insisted the extra tortillas were in the same packaging, but there were only three tortillas, not what I asked for. Rather than trying to help, she became defensive. I asked to speak to a manager to resolve the situation, but she told me there wasn’t one available and then hung up on me.
As a parent, this was particularly frustrating because my kids ended up fighting over the food, all because of a simple mistake that could have been easily avoided or, at the very least, resolved. I know firsthand how important it is to own up to mistakes and try to make things right for the customer, but that basic level of service was completely absent here.
I want to support local businesses, especially ones I’ve ordered from before, but after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back. Service like this makes it hard to trust they’ll get it right next time.
I love this place . highly recommend they have great food
The food was typical Mexican fare. Service was attentive. Atmosphere was clean but dated.

Deluxe chicken quesadilla was excellent as was the chicken enchiladas!
The only down side is the almost 4% added to use a credit card! Who pays cash anymore?!

Visited on a Tuesday when tacos are only $1.50. The waitress brought over complimentary split pea soup which was delicious, but filling. We each ordered different menu items and only one did tacos. The plates were so big that we needed to get containers. (Burritos are huge) Food was hot temperature wise - no lukewarm plates - and so flavorful. There are many menu items to choose from. I highly recommend this restaurant. The bill was $76 with tax, (excluding tip) for family of four adults. We did not order alcohol.
Vegetarian options: Veggie tacos or fajitas, salads can be with some substitutions.

Keeps getting better every time I go! We sat outside this time. Beautiful setting and music. We decided to try the tamales. We ordered a taco dinner and shared to have both. Their soup was navy bean and it was delicious!

Went in to grab some carry out because I didn't feel like cooking that night. Got the combo, and the only thing that was edible was the rice. Everything else tasted like frozen grocery store prepared meals. $20+ down the drain. Should have grilled a burger at home.

5/2024 4* First time here. Got my food to go. The Taco Salad was less than desirable. It was ok at best. No beans or rice. The menu did not say there was any. However, I figured there had to be. There is always beans or rice on the bottom. So a very nicely sized large shell, that was mostly empty. And I had the shredded beef in it. I would not recommend it. In the future I would have to try the beef or chicken maybe. As for the Queso Fundido con Chorizo? That was quite tasty. And I would order that again! Loved that it came in its own taco shell type bowl. That was fancy and enjoyable!

Never had a bad meal here, and the staff are friendly and efficient. Their refried beans are the best I've ever tasted, and their guacamole is excellent. We're making Tapalpa a weekly tradition!
