There were some people that got there the same time I did, but workers did not want to serve more people other then me. They were 15 minutes before closing when I had arrived. White castle should announce they close half an hour earlier just so customer's do not have to go out their way just to be waved down to go home.

If I could give no stars I would horrible ordered online for a pick up still had to wait in the drive thru line no way to get in. Then after I waited 20 mins for food I ordered it was COLD how is that possible if I had to wait I was assuming they were making it. But you know what they say when you assume. I will never have the Crave again but if I do I will think of the White castle on Oakton, and it will go away

I took my brother to try the burgers and he loved it!! Once in a while fast food is ok.

30 mins just to take order even after 5 staff they have why do the run drive thru when cant handle. Manager also doesnt have any concern to solve customer issue

1st timer here. I'll most definitely return! Considering we're not beef eaters there still was a variety which is great! Very tasty and there prices were fine. We tried it all and were totally satisfied! Staff was awesome and helpful. It would be great if you could mix & match the flavors when getting a combo but that's my only takeaway.
