I went to Wing Zone a week ago and it was fully staffed. At least 6 staff were cursing and arguing about the schedule while I waited almost 30 minutes for my order. The waiting area had dirty tables. The manager was present and had no control. Most importantly the food was not good. The wings were no flavorful and very small.

Last night we ordered wings and they forgot the sauce. Instead of offering to remake the order they offered to credit me 5$ of the 70$ I spent or send new sauce out which was 15 mins away. The wings were ruined when I called to speak to the manager he just hung up because he didn't like my tone of voice and the girl who answered the phone cursed at me and called me a b**** for being upset with the service. This was a delivery order and they wanted me to drive the wings back for a refund... which is totally against health code. She refused to give me information so I could contact the managers. And further more hung up several times. 70$ for wings never again! It's so said because one of my favorite wing places!

Wing Zone is really the best for me! They went above and beyond for us! Their food was perfectly prepared and very delicious. All of their offers are worth a try. They have so delicious menu, everything that you will see at their menu is fresh, made to perfection, and really worth the price. Their place is very convenient. You can order just by visiting their place and also just by ordering online. Very nice place to spend some quality time and relax. The whole place is really nice, clean, bright, and decent. You will absolutely feel good and comfortable inside the place. They are well-maintained, the whole place is organized, and very interesting. They have awesome style and designs. Place really looks neat. This place is very accessible, they are so near to different areas and popular places in the whole city, and you can really visit this in just a few minutes from your place. If you are near you must really try this place and you will not regret it. They are so great, cheaper than others, and they have so many great offers. Their customer service is also a top-notch. HORRIBLE. Ordered twice and first time took over 2 hours and second time we called after 2 hours and they said someone brought order and took it back but it was never brought. Called the manager and he hung up the phone after asking why they didn't deliver. Then declined the calls. Finally got ahold of him again and asked why he hung up because I was trying to get a refund and he said go f*** yourself and hung up. Bad business and bad management.

Always has amazing food! Everything is always delicious. I am a huge fan of the Sweet Samurai flavor. It is a must try! The workers get their jobs DONE and they do it WELL. Pro tip: Though the workers are awesome, don't place your order more than an hour in advance for a later pickup time. I feel that they make it anyway and set it aside. I did this once and though the order was correct, it was soggy like it had been sitting around. Other than that, this Wing Zone is great!

NO ONE here wore masks. Not the man taking my order, the manager, the cook nor the lady in the back cleaning. This resistance clearly not takin covid precautions and the health of their customers seriously. A big issue!

Wing zone has the most overpriced wings in Richmond, more than 1$ per wing for boneless glorified chicken nuggets? Literally the smallest "wings" I have ever eaten. I have ordered from them dozens of time and the wings are different every time, most of the workers could absolutely care less about your order and every once in a while they'll pretend they stop taking orders an hour before they close just because they don't want to work. Time to switch to literally any of the 20 wing places within 10 miles.

So I've posted before about how good the wings/shrimp were. But I ordered online today, for curbside pickup. Called when I arrived they said they would be right out. 30 minutes later I have to go in, for my food which was just sitting on the counter. I got a little "sorry" and that's it. I get home and my wings are rock hard, like smack on the table hard. I call the restaurant and they said I could bring them back for an exchange, I ended up getting a refund. But overall experience was awful. The Mac and cheese bites are still good.

Was excited to try wing zone after I saw it on tiktok. We ordered boneless wings and they told us it would be 5-10 minutes. Turned out to be more like 20-25 which is a fine amount of time for take out, but don't tell me 5-10! The wings were not tossed in our sauces which was on the side. We ordered the Nashville hot and buffalo garlic parm. The Nashville hot just tasted like bbq dipping sauce and the buffalo garlic parm didn't taste like any of those three flavors. The fries were amazing. Go for the fries. I can't say more about the fries.
We found this place courtesy of Yelp. We were driving through town and getting hungry. Whenever possible, we avoid the chain restaurants. Many of them were closed due to quarantine, any way. Since we went here only once, I cannot give a broad review. I can say that the wings were heavy, delicious and perfectly cooked. The honey mustard was just the right blend of sweet and tangy. We will try to make this place a regular stop on our travels.

I ordered online from here a Buffalo chicken sandwich and was a burger with cheese. When I called to let them my order was wrong the lady on the told me it was right and that online just has the wrong thing posted. I repeatedly told her that they have a burger button as well as a chicken sandwich button and she says "I know but the order we sent you is right the online button is wrong" I told her I dont eat beef thats clearly why I didnt or a burger but she was not willing to give me what I originally paid for.

The service here is bad and unprofessional. The food takes forever and I understand the door dash and delivery orders take a while but I had customers come after me and leave before me. My order was not in the unusual, a meal for one and it took as long as an order for 15 should have. When I asked for a refund my order was suddenly almost ready.
