We had lunch on Saturday. I ordered a mango mocktail: few shreds of mango with a lot of ice and water. As an appetizer we ordered “Cuban tostones”. The tostones were saggy and reheated and the “ropa vieja” was not too fresh or tasteful. My husband ordered the “beef encebollado”. The meat was salty and dry. The cheese that came with was, for our taste ( very used to eat Cuban food), dull and unpleasant. My chicken sandwich: was dry and thin. Bread was stale. We used to go when they were in Elmwood Park and it was a better restaurant. The experience here was not good. The price for the lunch we had was similar to dinner in much pleasant and tasteful restaurants. We will not go back.

Absolute gem-tier restaurant that puts typical Oak Park restaurants to shame. The chicken kebabs are so good. Plantains amazing. Tostones so good.

A great neighborhood find! We took our children, and both of them only ate a few bites of their shared sandwich #toddlerlife. The server noticed they didn't each much of their sandwich and banana and brought them complimentary rice and beans which they ate a TON of (to my surprise). They truly went above and beyond to ensure our family was well fed and had a great time. The live music was an added bonus. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I took my mother in law on Saturday. The food was delicious, the servers were very attentive. We absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere. The duo was a blast!! Definitely will be back soon.

THE BEST CEVICHE IN CHICAGOLAND! And the rest of the food is also fantastic. Great little restaurant that all in the OPRF area should try but be warned.. the food is addictively delicious. Many thanks for many years of great food and to see you did not miss a beat from the move out of North Ave location. My only small suggestion of improvement: can you bring back your Paella!!!!? It was also one of the best.

I was told if you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all. I’m going to say it any way. The food was below average, my drink was not sweet, and my waitress wasn’t helpful at all. Beautiful restaurant though.
