I am from the south suburbs and currently traveling for a business trip. I started to get hungry, so I ordered some food. However, it turned out to be very expensive, and I hoped that for the price I was paying, it would taste great. Unfortunately, the chicken seemed to have been microwaved, and the fries were overly salty. I wish I had saved that $17 and eaten at home instead.

Beyond annoying and frustrating to find out you're missing items in the order you already pay for when you're already at the house. Gosh! We are adults, do your job and that's it. If you don't like it, quit! But don't make customers experience a disaster.

A young man was about to take my order, and another cashier named Jocelyn looked at me and my mom and signaled something to him and pulled him aside to tell him something but stopped when she noticed I was watching. The guy was confused because she didn’t get to say whatever she was going to tell him so she ended up switching registers. She clearly said something about my mom and I which is also why she ended up switching with him to take our order. I’m not a very confrontational person, but the whole interaction seemed very off.

Sad burger. Little no no lettuce and a dime piece onion. Literally a replica of the way McDonald’s burgers are made. All our burgers were made this way. Annoying.
1st time eating here, the food was hot and delicious, the service was great, the dining area clean, it was a little busy, waited a few minutes for our food,which was worth it. Love this place. I'll be back with more of my family.
