I ordered a meal with a concrete mix. The concrete mix was not included although I paid for it.

I tried contacting the delivery person but there was no reply.

I then called DoorDash and will get credit for that drink.

I decided that the problem was with the packaging because the bag the food came in was sealed. It was not tempered with in any way.

I decided to call your restaurant in Elmwood Park and speak with a manager.

She was most unhelpful and just wanted to move on and not address anything; saying something like you'll need to contact DoorDash.

I told her this was not a delivery problem but an error with the fulfillment of packaging things correctly. I should not be required to do anything, actually. This should have never been a concern from the start, if Culver's staff performed their duties properly.

She was rather abrupt and didn't show any concern for my problem. Not even a sorry for the problem. This prompted me to write to Culver's.

Such treatment of handicapped people I consider a major concern.

The burgers taste dry and unpalatable and there are ants infesting the place. For your own good never come here. The custard is always spoiled and has my entire family unnecessarily gassy. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible food, tastes like cardboard and the staff is so rude always laughing about what we order and always generally just serving with disengagement. Horrible establishment with a horrible store operator that doesn't know what he's doing.

Paid with cash with big bill at drive through, and ended up with terrible experience

Lady gave me wrong cash back and told me to pull forward, I counted cash and realized she shorted me $10 I asked the guy who delivered food and he said I had to “see the manager inside”

I had to leave my 3 yr old daughter in the car

I went inside and the Manager apologized but then proceeded without telling me what he was doing to grab the cash drawer and walk to the back

I then asked what was going on and they said “we have to count all of our cash, it should only take 10-15 minutes”. I was there to quickly pickup dinner with my 3yo and can’t leave her in the car

Just a ridiculous policy, keep my $10 as I won’t be back

I ordered a burger and it was put together so sloppy that you couldn’t form it back into a burger. The cheese was halfway off the patty the patty was halfway off the bun. The lettuce was thrown on top and it was covered with ketchup and mustard to the point where I needed a napkin to wipe it down. It wasn’t that busy that you could be so reckless putting it together.

Ordered a Culver’s bacon deluxe with no pickles or tomatoes. I get home and sit down to realize my burger is missing the patty but surely remembered to put tomatoes. Terrible service as one is expected to drive back to get an order corrected.

You would think with the way they charge over $40 for three meals you wouldn’t have to park and wait over 24 minutes in the drive thru, just to get cold food. It’s obvious delivery drivers get priority. I saw 3 different drivers come and go with their food before I did. I don’t think I’ll be coming to this location again.
