Worst experience! Went in with my service dog, I've been there a few times before. The attendant on duty this day denied me entrance because of my service dog. The other attendants never gave me a hard time. The attendants name, i believe,his name was james. He was RUDE ,CONDESCENDING. HE said management didn't allow dogs. My dog is 5 years old and fully trained and licensed,and she weighs 9 pounds. We left after a verbal confrontation ,and went to another location nearby and did not have any problems. We felt discriminated from this attendant because of our dog and race. My attorney has taken this over this case. People need to be educated about service animals rights and human rights.
