Small neighborhood shot and beer bar. Atmosphere was okay, not bad not really good either. Lots of really drunk people to the point of being almost belligerent, rude, offensive and unwelcoming - at least to any newcomers. Bartenders average, lay your money on the counter and I will take your troubles away mentality. Not really.
