It is hard to find a great location with good consistent service and products. I usually come to this location for their outstanding service and consistent delivery of drinks and food. Today I was attended by a newer, younger female employee who attended us with the worst customer service. There was a charge of coldfoam on my drink which I did not order. I would usually accept this, but as the surcharge is almost $2 extra I did not want to pay.I let the cashier know as she handed me the drink. I was met with her rolling her eyes at me and my partner, staying silent, and closing the window. I have never experienced customer service like this at this location. A different employee opened the window and offered an apology and new drink. He was very kind and understanding, but I did inform him of the previous employees harsh attitude. It takes one experience of unfriendliness to ruin someone’s experience. Simply, if you do not have the act to work in customer service, please do us all a favor and don’t.

This place literally can't make anything. Like I spent $20 on watered down coffee and barely warm food just for my wife and I, having to go to Starbucks down Harlem to spend another $20. DON'T WASTE your money at this location.

Expresso is always burnt. I ask for a specific milk - they always tend to give WHOLE instead of what I asked for. The coffee beans almost take like a sour off taste almost like chemicals. It’s horrible. What a waste of time and 6.05 every time I try and give them a chance…it’s ruined

I just wanted to say be careful. The last 3 visits I've had at the drive through recently, they have charged me & then a minute later say they forgot to charge me something as I'm grabbing my food/drink. I pay a 2nd time (no receipts for both transactions) I get home & check my bank account and realize the math is not mathing for 2 medium drinks and donut..... should be about $15 but both transactions end up to about $20-22 in total....

I ordered a egg, sausage, croissant sandwich. This sandwich was microwaved which made the sunny side egg spongy. Didn't like the texture. And, I didn't get my receipt to take a survey

The overnight young crew do such an amazing job! I’ve had a positive experience with Sneh, he is always pleasant and makes my order just right every time. He works really hard and makes my experience the best. Keep up the great work ?
