I really like Jimmy John’s sandwich especially the bread. When my husband and I left church today I was excited about getting a Jimmy John sandwich and to my surprise I was soooo disappointed. Our sandwiches were hard and crunchy. Ugh! I am too thru with this joint.

Wrost jimmy John’s to visit. I would rate this place zero stars. Employee working at the front Neil was extremely rude and has no customer service skills. Refused to provide my order and stated he would rather service a regular customer. You will not gain new customers with this attitude.

Jimmy John’s fell off a cliff, took almost an entire hour to deliver a single sandwich combo, and when it did get here was missing all modifications that I paid extra for.

Placed my order on the app and did not realize it defaults to the Elmwood Park location that’s 9 minutes away instead of our nearest location at the Brickyard (which I love and have never had a problem with) 36 minutes later was wondering where my food was so I called and it seems as though the store has to call uber to do the delivery and they just forgot?? Because once I called I received a message stating the delivery was just set up. Which tells me it probably was forgotten and would not have been done until I called. Once the food arrived an hour later the bag was soaked in oil from sitting there for 50 minutes, and my husband’s tuna sandwich was inedible. He called to ask if we can just bring the food back and receive a refund since we lost our appetite at that point and the young lady on the phone stated they are not able to and there was no manager there until tomorrow. $40 wasted, will make sure that I choose the correct location on the app going forward.

Placed an online order for pickup. Got to the store 15mins later. Been waiting 20mins for 3 subs. I never leave bad reviews however I can't get a solid answer as to why this happening. I see employees cutting meat and washing dishes. But no one is making my food... it's been almost 45 since I placed my order. I talked to everyone here. They know I'm here. Either just don't care, or just don't know what they're doing. Just sucks because this is our local Jimmy John's and we love the place.3 subs in 45 mins. This is not an exaggeration. It's a Tuesday at 6pm NO DINNER RUSH HERE

If workers at jimmy johns don't like their job, they should work there giving customers attitudes simply because they change there mind about an ingredient in the sandwich!!

I ordered from here today and when my order arrived I was disappointed to find my brownie was missing. I called and was told they would include it in my next order. I was ok with that. However I ended up getting a call from the store as I was cooking dinner and was told the delivery driver was going to be in the area and if I wanted my brownie! Of course! Lol. Such a nice surprise and amazing customers service!

Bush Gardens

Very weird experience today. I didn't add a tip to my delivery, since I was going to tip with cash, but I got a call from someone at the store letting me know that I didn't tip and If i wanted to add one. Seemed a little rude about it as well. I don't know if this is a standard practice now but it seems really strange. What is the $6 delivery fee going to then if they feel the need to start calling customers?Horrible management if this is what they're doing now. I will start taking my business somewhere else now.
