Overall the place is nice,,but entering the host ,seem to be wasted on booze or high on something it was on a Saturday night late. And the curbside appearance made me stop in , Again because I really enjoyed myself my first experience there earlier that week. And a beautiful young lady was a great host. But Saturday night was not pleasant the host was a Hispanic young man with braids , also I brought a friend that felt very uncomfortable asking me what’s wrong with that host let’s go . Don’t know if I’ll ever go back

Upon my first visit to Luck cafe Elmwood park I was greeted in a profound and very respectful way by Pam.The store was well maintained, cleanliness was amazing & Pam was an astonishing personality to meet. She was overall kind and casually checked in to ensure I was taken care of. She had such an uplifting personality and felt comfortable and safe to play for the time being there, I will definitely be back when she’s on shift!

Went in there with my wife for the first time & met Pam. Pam is the sweetest lady I have ever met! Her customer service is unmatched. Bathrooms were clean, machines were wiped down and she was attentive from the start. Offered us soft drinks, great conversation and kept us laughing our entire visit. highly recommend visiting when Pam is on shift! You can truly tell she cares for the establishment and every person that walks in

Absolutely awesome place!!!! Highly recommend to all friends and family.. Very clean inside and all machines are in great condition.. Staff is great and very helpful especially Chelsea always very sweet and great to talk too!!! I would give more than 5 stars if possible!!

I only gave one star because I don't think I would have been able to post a review otherwise, but my experience here today was deplorable! To begin, I entered the store at approximately 4pm, with the intention of waiting on the Cinco De Mayo drawing that had been advertised for the last several days. I was the only customer present, and the employee was named Chelsea. When I enquired about the drawing, I was told (by Chelsea) that it had already taken place. I asked did the winners need to be present, and she replied "No". I looked to see if there was a list of winners posted, but I didn't see one. She then informed me that she had ordered tacos, but I explained that I wasn't sure I would be there at 5, which was when she stated they would be there. I proceeded to play the machine closest to the counter for approximately 2hr 45 min, at which time Chelsea informed me that she would need to close the store, and would allow me a few more minutes to play, but the relief person had called off. To say that I was taken aback would be an understatement! I told her that I would have liked to have been told sooner, but she said she didn't want to bother me! Needless to say, I found it grossly unprofessional and could not enjoy my remaining time there. As I was preparing to leave, a couple came into the store, and she also told them that the store would be closing shortly.Thos is by far one of the WORST experiences I have had at any of the gambling cafes (and I have visited many) along with having preferred status at several Vegas casinos. There should be a dedicated service standard when a person comes to spend their hard- earned cash, and this encounter really missed the mark. In most i have been here countless times, and there's only a few occasions where ive even been offered refreshments, and that was when a lady named Pam was there. I certainly hope no one else is subjected to this type of nonsense!

This place is so much fun. Chelsea the manager doesn’t sugar coat it and we love that about her. She made us feel so welcomed and we definitely will be returning once I come back!!!!
