Went to get a late night meal , number 7 2 cheese burgers a fries and drink. Fries were old salty and hard! Burgers were old and already lukewarm plus I said everything but only got mustard ketchup pickles! I didn’t even eat the second cheeseburger. Very bad

Ordered food to be picked up at counter. Showed up to NO ORDER. They said it's because I forgot the phone. Having order code was not suffice. I went home and 30 min later showed up with phone and still NO ORDER. What a waste of 40 min. Now to wait for my 20 dollar refund.

I went for late night pick up. I ordered ahead and still waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru. The staff member was doing the best he could, but they were severely understaffed.

They had 4 cars from the driver thru waiting for about 10 minutes. I had only order a quarter pounder and it took 10 minutes to get it.

Got off of work at 3am and stopped to get some food. I went through the drive-thru and said hello so I can place my order. Nobody responded so I pull up to the window and there’s a lady in there relaxing, so I went around again and again said hello and she still didn’t respond. I continued to say hello are you open and nothing. Not sure what her problem was, maybe she wants to collect a pay check and not do anything.
