Service was good, the food was bad. They threw my egg fu young together. It was horrible. I threw it In the garbage. Never again!

We had a not so great experience once with delivery but they refunded me my money. I really appreciated that. Changed my review because they tried to make it right and everyone makes mistakes and they've never done that before. We will dine in from now on. :)

Service was absolutely outstanding! Food is amazing and always has been. They have hibachi, but honestly I would never wait for that and just go to the normal restaurant.

As a vegetarian its quite annoying when we order a vegetarian dish only to find meat in it. I ordered vegetarian noodles and made it home to find chicken in my dish. The first inconvenience for me. I didnt want to ride all the back which is 20 minutes or so so I called and was told I would be refunded the cost back to my card. That didnt happen so I stopped by the restaurant and found they left me a credit instead of as I was told that it will be refunded back to my card. I requested it to be refunded back to my card and a lady told me she will take card of it the next day. It's been a week and it still has not been refunded. Besides the inconvenience of the wrong meal and not being able to eat that night I am still inconvenienced that I have to keep reaching out to them to take care of the refund. It's just annoying that they continue to inconvenience me with not staying on top of taking care of a refund thats been almost two weeks at this point.

Made a reservation a week in advance and called day of to ask if it could be pushed back and they told me they couldn't which I understood I mean okay perfectly fine just thought id give it a shot and ask
Showed up 15 min early and went to check in fully aware that they still had time before it was the reservation time and it could take an additional ten minutes for them to clean up from those before us
They tell us to wait and that they will give me a call
We were seated 40 minutes after our reservation time and had to go up and ask what was up, they didn’t even bother to update us and even once we were seated the waitress was talking to the table next to us in middle of taking our order just to score another tip
We all gotta make money, yes but either finish up what you were originally doing before trying to help us or have someone else take care of us
I mean we already waited 40 minutes to be seated I would hope they’d try to give us the best service they can after that
I understand you may be busy but considering how snappy I was told that my reservation couldn't be pushed back you'd think they'd be respectful of my time just as much as they care about theirs
Food is great of course and the chefs for hibachi are very kind unfortunately cant say the same for those up front

Good food and experience. The only bad thing for me is that they want you out ASAP when the guy finish to cook they bring you the check, containers , bags, the dessert and say thanks, so basically you see how cook you food to go....

Deserve 0 stars. I remember my family taking me to this restaurant over 40 years ago, and I have visited 2 years ago for the hibachi dinner, it was really good. I went yesterday for lunch with 2 out of town guest... it was horrible. The noodles was overcooked and mushy, the chicken was cut against the grain.. this made it tough, the veggies was okay, the atmosphere was horrible. They charge half for lunch, so I think they just throw stuff on the grill. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. I will continue to go to Benihana. They have gotten to comfortable, and the owner is not friendly at all, she's very arrogant and not polite. I overheard her talking about guest who requested a particular server. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. ALTHOUGH YOU HAVE RESERVATION FOR HIBACHI, they will not take your order until the table is full and crammed.
