I don't really have any complaints, this is a Panera bread, so the usual objections come in to play. They are a bit more expensive than I would like to be honest, just a smidge more. I love the soup in the sandwich, they're very healthy which is a good lunch time choice. I just wish there was a slightly cheaper, nevertheless clean, friendly, streamlined, it's just Panera Bread. It's next to binny's, so you can grab a handle, get a sandwich and forget your problems! Please Panera corporate, make it cheaper!

Service was horrible the only person who helped me was the poor girl who was actually working and sweeping she actually greeted me and tried to help me and she had to go to the back where others were together in a circle having conversations in order to find out about my order. My husband and I like to come for breakfast on Fridays, the sandwiches are very delicious.
This is a decent Panera. I ordered a Greek salad and a bowl of chili. They had no bread available at 5pm for my meal and gave me plastic utensils. Normally I get bread and butter with metal utensils to eat with. The ice machine wasn't producing much ice either. The food quality was good, service needs fine running though!

This Panera Bread location is exceptional! The restaurant is incredibly clean, with the staff and management always maintaining a spotless environment. The sandwiches are fresh, hot, and more satisfying compared to other locations. Their baked goods are always well-stocked and beautifully presented, with a variety of delicious pastries to choose from. The staff are friendly and attentive, especially Crystella working during the day—she makes the best sandwiches! Management is often seen in the lobby, ensuring everything is perfect. If something’s not right, they’re happy to fix it. Highly recommend this location for its top-notch service and quality!

Having worked at a Panera for 8 years as a trainer, I know what the standards should be. My order, which was a breakfast sandwich and an iced caramel latte took quite a while to come up. When it did, I was handed my sandwich only. I waited several minutes then asked about my beverage. He had it sitting there the whole time behind the counter. He cleared the order without checking it. More disturbing, while waiting for my order, I observed the filth on the walls behind their ovens and prep station. We're talking the kid of dust/ grease combo that sticks to the walls in an uncleaned kitchen. Then while eating my sandwich, I observed the manager who I believe was filling a catering order. She looked up as people came in, but issued no greeting to them. Unless their policy has changed that's unacceptable. My guess is that this is a franchise and not corporately owned, but this can give the company a bad reputation.
