Prior to ordering I used the restroom and observed a male employee leave the bathroom stall without washing his hands. Did not order food. Would not recommend.

Kept bagging orders instead of taking 1 second to look at the two orders next to her to see if one was it after the cashier helped 2 people then checked my order and it was the one next to the lady bagging customer service just is not what it used to be everyone got an attitude don’t come to work if that’s what you on keep that negative energy elsewhere

First bad experience I had in this location, the Latin women who work there made us feel bad being Latinas anyway, we went to breakfast and they served us everything cold we asked them to please warm us up that as we were going to eat something cold and they told us no, that we had already manipulated the food when we only asked to eat it hot like anyone else, but since we arrived their looks were contemptul, I would not go to this address again.

Panera bread is the stop for a good bite, sweet or sour this is the place. Coffee to wake up or a good sandwich to fill you up, bagels or cookies, they have it all, something I recommend is the cranberry-orange poundcake, super delicious

I'm rating it so high only because of one girl Caroline. She was sweet and helpful when everyone else that day decided to turn there backs on ppl waiting on service. She hopped on it the minute she saw what was going on. Thanks girl.

I don't really have any complaints, this is a Panera bread, so the usual objections come in to play. They are a bit more expensive than I would like to be honest, just a smidge more. I love the soup in the sandwich, they're very healthy which is a good lunch time choice. I just wish there was a slightly cheaper, nevertheless clean, friendly, streamlined, it's just Panera Bread. It's next to binny's, so you can grab a handle, get a sandwich and forget your problems! Please Panera corporate, make it cheaper!

Service was horrible the only person who helped me was the poor girl who was actually working and sweeping she actually greeted me and tried to help me and she had to go to the back where others were together in a circle having conversations in order to find out about my order. Service left a bad taste in my mouth
