I have been coming to this place for almost 10 years. Like any restaurant, they’ve had ups and downs in food quality, but recently the situation has become unacceptable. One of the staff members consistently ignores basic food-handling and hygiene rules. I have personally witnessed her sneezing and coughing over food without covering her face or the food.
When I politely raised concerns and asked her to follow basic hygiene practices, she responded dismissively, saying “it’s my store.” That attitude is alarming and unprofessional. Food safety is not optional, and customers should not be exposed to health risks. Authorities should seriously needs to address this before someone gets sick. @CDPH

I had came in at 7:40 when it says online that they close at 9 PM He told us that he was packing up already and barely had any stuff I came in and I asked for plain bread and he started yelling at us saying tell me your sandwich that you wanna and when I asked for plain bread with chicken and bacon, he said there was no chicken and bacon only ham and turkey left so I had accepted it and got the turkey as I was walking by. I saw that there was still chicken and bacon left and he said that there was none left.

Went here and asked them if they could use my ranch (pictured below) on my sandwich because it's for food allergens and they refused. Not only that when I tried to just put it on myself while dining they came over and yelled at me and said, "THIS IS FLAVORTOWN! YOU BEST GET OUT NOW!" Unbelievable to be honest. They also refused to take my coupons unless I showed ID which is odd of them but since I wanted half off of my bag of chips I couldn't refuse. Truly a haunting experience and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Or I would if they weren't so close to where I live.

Employee couldn't make simple pepperoni dippers hot. All he put was pepperoni and cheese no sauce inside. Cheese dips are cold af he didn't even heat it up

My husband and I pulled up around 7:30pm and he locked the door. I went up to it and pulled and I was like uhhh are you guys closed already? And he looked at me then acted like he didn’t understand what I was saying lol like um sir you guys don’t close for another hour and a half🤣 he didn’t even open the door.

The restroom has not been cleaned in years. Everywhere there are pubic hairs: toilet, urinal, sink, floor, all covered in pubes.
Toilet has dark pee and poo rings from years of never being cleaned.
No soap anywhere. Wash your hands? Ice cold water and no soap, no towels, no air dryer.
Absolutely disgusting.
Parking: The small strip mall has very limited parking. You'll be lucky if there's a space available.

Was so dissatisfied with the store it's unreal I literally had to go to another Subway to order the same exact things to take it back to show them that this is how the sandwiches are supposed to be made I ordered a steak sandwich they literally gave me a tablespoon of steak inside I was literally paying for more bread than meat this is not the place to go to for sandwiches they are ripping people off you're paying high prices and they're putting less of the stuff in the sandwiches I will never go to this location again and I would advise more people to not go there either

I like the subway, I come here often but I don't like how they do not accept coupons. I also worked here once. I had to learn to break down the tuna. There was a difficult menu to memorize. The lunch breaks for only 15 minutes! Nonetheless this is simply a Subway. A friendly staff.

The other I went during my lunch, I believe it was teju when I grabbed my cup to get my soda, they were all stuck together and two of them fell, I picked them up to throw them away when I was about to , teju told me to stop and hand them over , when I did he yelled at me asking me why was I about to throw them away he yelled at me in his tongue, and grabbed a new package and put the two dirty cups and placed them in first ( that fell on the ground) ,he saw them fall into the ground and continued to yell.
