High Point Club House Restaurant

My wife, son and I played a quick 9 here tonight. My son is young. He rode on the back of the cart and was jumping a little bit to the beat of a song we were playing. When we got to the 8th tee box along the road, the owner, named Ed I think, pulled up along us on the road and Ran at us through the ditch to yell at us and scold us for our cart behavior. He scared the hell out of my wife and son. It was honestly psychotic behavior. To tell us to walk back and leave or ride the cart correctly. My son weighs 100lbs soaking wet, he wasn’t going to damage the cart. He scolded and mistreated paying customers on a slow day at a run down golf course. Maybe instead of yelling at people for paying to use your equipment you can buy some bunker rakes or learn how to cut a green. I’ve been playing this course for over 10 years, but since the old owners sold, it’s not the same. When did this place turn into a first rate country club that deters people from having fun?

Way to expensive. $5.00 for a can of beer,and a mountain dew!@

We went two different times, and it said they were open till 7:00, they were closed at 5. The third time we called ahead at 5:30. They said kitchen is closed, and they were suppose to be open till 8:00 p.m. We will support other nieghborhood businesses that are open, when their suppose to be open.
