I went through drive through to get granddaughter her free fries for doing good in school with her school green card. The voice that came over the speaker was so kind and soft natured. Very nice to hear, you don’t always get that. Very polite and was so kind even when our order was free, she gave us the best costumer service, it didn’t matter if we weren’t spending money today, she was still so kind. So we will go back! I asked to speak to the lady who took my order and let her know personally that we appreciate her customer service and kind voice, that we don’t always get that. She said her name was Margaret and she was the manager. Thanks for a great experience!

I’ve been a regular customer at this Hardee’s for several years, but my recent experiences have been consistently disappointing. I won’t call out any individual by name, but if you’ve been through the drive-thru here, you probably know who I’m referring to. The customer service has become increasingly poor—marked by unprofessional attitudes and a lack of attention to basic service standards.
The most frustrating issue is the repeated inability to correctly prepare orders. It’s surprising how often a simple sandwich is missing ingredients or made incorrectly. Additionally, as someone who serves in the military, I always ask about the military discount. I'm not made of money. It’s a small gesture that most locations honor without hesitation. However, when I politely questioned why the policy had suddenly changed, I was met with unnecessary attitude instead of assistance.
For comparison, I’ve never had a single issue at the Hardee’s in Bartonville—the staff there are friendly, efficient, and respectful. Unfortunately, the Eureka location stands out for all the wrong reasons. I truly hope management takes notice and invests in better training and leadership, because this store has the potential to do much better.

Went here 2 times both time we had to pull forward to wait 15+ minutes. Also both times food was incorrect. The kids grilled cheese is apparently 2 buns with a slice of cheese in the middle. Very disappointed. Workers seem to be very overwhelmed even with nobody there.

We stopped by the drive thru while we were in Eureka. Ordered a kids meal, medium fry and large soda. The girl working (the receipt said Rayna) was rude beyond belief. When we she handed us the drink I said, oh is there no ice? She said...nope!! And slammed the window. I definitely wouldnt have got a drink if i knew that. A few moments later she opened it and said, pull up. Nothing else, just...pull up! Im not sure who is forcing this girl to work here, but she absolutely hates her job! I called the store a few minutes after we left because we were missing fries, no answer. After several tries, I said forget it. She was just rude for absolutely no reason. Horrible experience for just a kids meal and soda (with no ice).

every time we order from this place THEY GET IT WRONG you charged my father FOR THE PRICE OF A DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER only to give a single patty and FRIES?! are you serious rn? Don't come here I think the workers there need to be talked to on this and thats just being nice.....
LItterally tried to order a big double cheese burger and was given two singles THEN last time we ordered they got it wrong put only one cheese on the burger and put pickles!!!!!! Who ever is working there on thursdays needs to be FIRED or at least retrained Update as of August 31 2025: YOU CHAGED MY GRANDPA WITH THE PRICE OF A DOUBLE CHEESE ONLY TO PUT A SINGLE PATTY

My father tried to order a double cheese burger for me only to get home and find out its a single and that they charged him for the price of a double and not only did they mess up the order the fries were basically cold and not at all flavorful

Very very very slow. Took about 15 minutes for food to be done. Then one of the sandwiches wasn’t even hot but didn’t want to return for a fresh sandwich. Only 3 other people in restaurant that already had their food. They seemed to prioritize drive thru instead of paying customers inside.

We came in to eat lunch on my break from work. My mom and niece were with me. There was a man eating lunch with an open small bottle of southern comfort. Completely inappropriate. The staff was rude and seemed annoyed with the lunch rush. The food was mediocre, not warm and took over 20 minutes to get.

The atmosphere was mockingly unpleasant, me and my mom went threw drive threw and ordered a few things. I under stand that the employees where having fun and talking, but when you have us sitting there waiting for our foos for 20 damn minutes and then proceed to mess up our order AND give use cold burgers woth no cheese when used for cheese, and BURNT hard shell tacos! Very displeasing and disappointed aswell as disgusting and off putting i hope the worse for them.
