First time visitor with two friends. We were in town to visit someone in a nursing home and one of my companions wanted something fast and convenient to eat. This Hardee's was about two blocks away. We drove over and the very first thing I noticed was the deplorable condition the parking lot was in. You know what they say about first impressions. Made us wonder what was awaiting us inside the restaurant or should we just bypass it. We decided to go inside. We were pleasantly surprised by the difference inside the establishment looked. It was somewhat dated, but clean and cheerful. Lots of room and openness with regard to the floor plan. One thing I like about Hardee's is that they normally have a room inside that a group of people can go into to have meetings in privacy. This can be a big plus for many. My friends bought some burgers and fries, etc. I didn't hear any complaints from them at all. I only had a cup of coffee that had to be brewed, but I was in no hurry and fresh is a good thing. My coffee was quite good truthfully. The employees were cheerful and courteous, a big plus. They really seemed to like their jobs and serving their customers. Now if the owner/s can at least get that parking lot repaved it would be another big plus.

I made an online order with doordash I place my order and it goes through just to be instantly cancelled and refunded. I don't know the reason for the cancellation but now I can't eat anything today nor can the kids I bought this food for. Sure they refunded it but now I won't be able to eat until I get it which could be days. Honestly Hardee's is just a shitty restaurant to begin with management is awful I don't know what I was thinking ordering from this place when it's obviously straight trash. Incompetent underpaid employees probably just didn't want to make a big order there was no reason to not make my damn food but still keep my money.

Went to Eureka Hardee's and it was a waste of money and time. We ordered 3 chicken wraps, one double cheeseburger, fries, and drinks. After waiting twenty minutes I was going to the counter to ask about our food and saw two trays sitting at the food warmer. I asked Adrianna if that was our food and she said yes but she is waiting on the double cheeseburger and when it was ready she would bring it out. The other tray of food was the only other couple in the restaurant so they walked up and picked theirs up. A little later she walks to our table and says "now your food is ready". The fries were completely cold along with the wraps (the double cheeseburger was hot). Adriannas attitude was completely out of line and she should be told that even if one item is missing she should deliver the food while it is hot. I asked her name and then I heard her say "I didn't do anything" to her colleague, so if she didn't realize she was rude or not using common sense I'm not sure how she can correct it.

I got cold tater tots I'm from the south and as for sweet tea it tasted awfully unsweet I don't understand but anyways the cold tater tots came after she forgot the tater tots in the first place

I placed my order online at 10:45 for an 11:45 pickup. When I got there at 11:50, they hadn't even started my order. At 12:04 I finally received my order 20 minutes late. Of course by this time, I was late returning to work on my 30 minute lunch break so it also cost me 15 minutes pay. You would have thought an hour notice would have given plenty of notice to have everything in order. Edit! I actually reached out based on the response from the owner below..... no response. It's all for show so it looks like they are actively interested in solving the problem.

The employees at this Hardee’s are the worst. They go through managers every couple of months and none of them are able to fix anything. The food always looks like this, biscuits falling apart, sausage falling apart, not even a full egg portion. The wait times sometimes are very long and you still won’t get fresh well prepared food. Just full of lazy employees.

For spending almost $14 for a meal, you would expect hot fresh food. Fries were cold and the sandwich was sitting a special order that had been sitting. Which they sent back to the kitchen to make regular. Bread was soggy, sandwich was also cold. Plus side, the restaurant was clean
