I went through drive through to get granddaughter her free fries for doing good in school with her school green card. The voice that came over the speaker was so kind and soft natured. Very nice to hear, you don’t always get that. Not a welcoming greeting at the drive thru speaker. After ordering was told very rudely to pull to the window and at the window no greeting just the total amount due. After paying was told again very rudely to pull forward. Not a hello or thank you. Still gave three stars because the food and shakes were good. Also, the person that brought the food out was not the order taker and he was polite.
I went through the drive through to get a diet coke. The lady who took my order went above and beyond. She offered me several food items and told me it was happy hour so my large drink was a special price. Great service with a very nice smile.
