We had a group of 25 people, but the staff rolled with it and provided excellent service.

We don’t come here often. One time (long time ago), we stopped in and the didn’t have any pizza!
I got my hopes up today, but seeing the salad bar…but it was empty @5:00 on a Friday evening?
I asked about getting a salad, they don’t have salad. But there was lettuce, tomato & onion on my husband’s taco pizza; why couldn’t they make that into a salad. He rated his pizza a 5.
There is NOTHING on the menu for someone trying to eat gluten free.
I ended up with boneless wings, breaded. Pretty boring meal. My husband got moz sticks and the waitress brought out one small packet of ranch. We asked for a secong, but she didn’t bring that until we asked a second time.
Oh, no fountain soda and no bleu cheese dressing. A bit pricey for moz sticks, wings & a PP pizza $24
Our server was sweet, just gave the bare minimum. We won’t be back.

Excellent customer service from employees, especially Patricia who’s usually up front. I usually get lunch at this one (carry out), and she’s always so friendly, calls me by my name and already has my food ready before I even speak a word. Very good atmosphere.

They made me a paper thin pizza when I ordered a regular one. I felt like I was eating nothing, and it was already dry when I came to pick it up. It’s been four months every time I thought of getting my favorite pizza from them I don’t because $15 for paper thin nasty pizza is not OK at all. Do better.

Did not keep buffet filled. Waited over 20 mins and not a single fresh item was put on the buffet. Also no salad bar included. Sauce tasted different. Id pass on this place and go down the road to Peoria to eat.
We had a great time during our third visit to your Pizza Hut! Hailey was a wonderful and friendly server and the pizza was amazing! Will return soon!

Great pizza! Enjoyed our nostalgic visit to your Pizza Hut! Bringing friends again for our next trip. Patty is a super friendly and fun waitress! Highly recommend!
Place very clean. Server did good job. Pizza was good
We drove from Springfield just to come here,as it's the closest sit down Pizza Hut. From the second we walked it we were transported back in time. Red table cloths, glass Pizza Hut light globes and a Book IT poster. Everything about this is 90s. Entire staff was great. Food came out in a very reasonable time. Bread sticks were just how I remembered. Go here if you want the Pizza Hut you remember.
Our waiter was excellent, he kept our glasses full & met our needs completely.
Server was good she tried her best with what she had to work with. Food was barely mediocre. Pizza cooked in those gas station fast ovens... Menu didn't have any prices listed. Qw were basically told their prices match what the online ordering prices reflect. Charging a dollar for a small ranch packet for their micro wings is ridiculous. Pizza hut won't be around much longer. The only reason they are still around in that small town is due to the lack of other options. I think that's their business strategy.
