Been here multiple times with terrible service. Ignoring your customers for 5-10 min without service to order is unacceptable. Won’t be back.

I used the drive through at Eureka IL. I wanted one of each of the new sidekicks. They did not have the cookie. I got the churro and the pretzel. I thought the dipping sauce came with the pretzel apparently not or I just didn't receive it. Silly me it's on the picture with the pretzel, and wasn't asked if I wanted it. The churro was good, but the pretzel is a little hard to chew. It took a little longer than i thought it would to get my order, I did throw them a loop and asked for diet coke to be added when I got to the window. I used to use this location a lot then it went downhill. Still not impressed. I will say the kid at the window was very nice, but could use a haircut. Sorry I usually could care less about about hair until it comes to someone handling my food.

I went here with my daughter after a dr appointment here recently. I think her name was Heather that helped make our sandwiches, but she was so patient and kind with my little, complimenting her choices, and just absolutely awesome. Made my day for her having patience with her and boosting her confidence. Props to you my dear, we need more folks like you!!

The manager at this location is terrible. I went through the drive-through with my kids to get food and she was horribly rude complaining about how busy they were, when we were the only car there. She was complaining to us about her day and very short with us in her responses. That was the worst customer service I have ever witnessed BY A MANAGER!!!

Isaiah does an amazing job! He was quick, efficient and kept a nice demeanor. Made my sandwich exactly as I asked. My only complaint is an older lady (thinking she’s the manager) was clearly snappy, in a poor mood and didn’t seem to be managing anything well.

Daniel is incredibly rude. I don’t appreciate her cussing behind the line. You guys need new workers. She has no professionalism.

Ishaia is a beast of a subway worker! Best subway service and food I have ever received. Went above and beyond to make sure the food was spot on. Deserves a raise for sure, definitely future management!
The sub was a mess. I lost most of my meat because it was just thrown together. I ordered the meatball sub and the marinara was all over the place. Made the bread soggy and I dropped most of the meat out of the sandwich.
Terrible service and rude staff. More times than not, they use a dirty knife from the previous order, to cut the sandwiches. Very sad considering it's one of the few places to eat in a town with a college.
