Found this place while in town for a softball game. So I had to check it out. Nice selections, I chose a single dip waffle cone $5.56 and it was so tasty.

Skip the hot dogs and pulled pork (stale buns and mediocre BBQ sauce), but that ice cream! And the staff will bend over backwards to get you what you need.

So, I've been enjoying Uncle Bob's for many years. The Peach ice cream is great. I stopped by last week, in the evening and ordered a triple scoop which was probably 7 dollars or so, I don't mind the price, because it's that good. However the girl serving me weighed the cup and picked out what amounted to about one bite of ice cream and put it back into the tub. This is really a poor look, when someone is spending 7 plus dollars on a serving of ice cream. The question is, at those prices, do you really need to claw back a bite and risk upsetting your customer base? It's not like it was an extra scoop.

Had this ice cream for the first time with cake for my birthday this past weekend. Uncle Bob's Homemade ice cream is out of this world!! I loved it!

We loved the warm welcome and small town feel at Uncle Bob’s! We’ve been buying the quarts at Green Top Grocery in Bloomington and finally decided to make the drive over to the ice cream shop in Eureka!

Took my family to try for first time the other night after dinner. My brother in law use to go all the time but hasn't been since diabetic and we were disappointed to find they had not even one sugar free option for him. Everyone else was able to enjoy the yummy ice cream but him. Very sad
