Early dinner date with my boyfriend. We’ve been wanting to try this place and we were very pleased. We arrived right at opening and were welcomed in by the staff and owner. The atmosphere and ambiance is upscale and very clean. We did not have a reservation and were lucky to get seats at the bar, which we prefer anyway. Reservations are highly recommended as they fill up very quickly. The food arrived timely and was very good. It’s clear they take pride in using fresh quality ingredients. We both enjoyed our meals and will definitely be back to try other items. The owner is engaged with his staff and visited with us and others to make sure we had a positive experience. Great destination for an early dinner or a night out!!!

Amazing!! They are super celiac friendly and the food is delicious. One of the best pizza crusts I’ve had and I’ve been gluten free for 30+ years. I had the beef pepperoni pizza- 🔥Being here definitely felt more “trendy” than most other places in this area.

The special puffs are SO GOOD and wonderfully imaginative. No weird flavors, just seasonally fresh food and really good vibes. It’s a beautifully designed restaurant with awesome owners and employees. Such a bright spot in rural central IL!

We love the food here. It has a great vibe. I was hoping for more meat and something with a tomatoey base. I will find that one thing on the menu that I can't live without. They're bread is phenomenal. Probably the best I've had. Hospitality ten stars. The owner came out with his daughter. She was lovely. Love the vibe of the whole place. Hidden gem in central Illinois. Amazing. Extraordinary. Fantastic. Whatever positive adjective you choose to use to describe the atmosphere, food, and service of Wendy puff would fit! We came to celebrate a birthday and it was a very down to earth experience. You can tell the pizzas are made fresh to order with real dough. We ordered the London Tommy, a classic Margherita, the butternut squash special and the saffRon Weasley (upcoming special). As per typical Italian fashion, one pizza is sized for one person (but of course depends on your preference). We were four people and ordered 4 pizzas to mix and match. Also, the warm olives were incredible!
We already can’t wait to come back! Thank you Bob and Michael for a great first visit!
(PS the house wines are a great price and go very nicely with the pizzas ?AND this place is very vegetarian friendly)

We are visiting my daughter who attends Eureka College where she plays soccer, and stopped in after driving back from an away game three hours away. We were so tired and hungry but it was only twenty minutes to closing. Not only did they let us in, they didn’t rush us whatsoever. We had amazing salad and the London Timmy Puff, which was to die for!! Seriously- SO GOOD. Can’t wait to go again!

Wow!!! What a gem! So quaint, so accessible, so cute! 6 pm reservation on a Saturday night, fast & efficient. Our server was awesome! Couple glasses of wine (they have a large beer, wine & craft menu). Ordered a spicy sausage & veggies, and a sausage on a gluten free crust. This is the best GF crust I have ever had, hands down! The owner, Mr. Mayo came by to check in on us, which was very nice. This was our first time, and perfect for date night or families. Reservations are recommended. Cost is very reasonable and I was shocked at how fast our pizzas came out. 5+ stars!!!!
9/21/2024-Second time here. Place was packed for a 5:45 PM reservation. Wife had red devil pizza and I had the sausage with gluten free crust. Service was still really great, large parties of 4-8, vibe was awesome. Food was excellent! Couple glasses of wine and pizzas ? were less than $68.00 plus tip. They are very efficient, as our pizzas were out in about 10 minutes. Definitely recommend making reservations! We’ll be back sooner than later as this little gem is one of our new “go to” places for us!!!
