If you are in the market for something unique and tasty you must come to Wendy Puff in Eureka, IL. A friend and I went out for a girls' night, and we found ourselves here. The atmosphere is very cozy, the staff is super nice, and full of information about the menu.
The Puff was amazing, different from the normal pizzeria, which is nice for us because we like to try new things. All in all, this is a hidden gem, add this to the must check-this-out list and enjoy.

Had the pleasure of shaking hands with one of the owners. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the food is amazing.. if you ever want to try something new and refreshing and your near Eureka Il you must stop by and order a puff. you won't be disappointed.

This is a small, quaint pizza restaurant in Eureka, IL. The ingredients are fresh and well prepared.
We ordered the Italian Street Food as an appetizer. The bread (Tigelle) was the size on an English muffin and was light and airy with a solid core throughout. The toppings to add on the Tigelle were lemon-infused honeycomb, fig jam and ricotta. It was light and airy. The bland ricotta was matched perfectly with the honeycomb and fig jam. I'd definitely eat that again.
Now Pizza... I ordered the Michael McDonald. The dough was light, airy with a light crunch with slightly chewy crust. The Calabrian chilis were surprisingly quite spicy. The pizza base was very thin so the toppings were accentuated and not overpowered by a doughy crust. It was tasty, BUT... not as good as... The London Timmy (with added sausage). The sausage was great - fresh from Chicago. The sauted mushrooms and onion with the cream base would have been great on their own (as designed), BUT the addition of the sausage actually made this pizza BETTER.
I will definitely eat the London Timmy, with sausage, again. The owners are brothers. One was formally trained (culinary) in Switzerland, and the other lived in Wales and worked across the UK. Their experiences are evident in the menu items. Get to Eureka and try Wendy Puff!

Food was delicious! But the service was AMAZING! We are from out of town, so we weren't aware reservations are strongly suggested on weekend days, but we are so glad we were able to sit at the bar. The bartender (I think Sofia was her name) was absolutely wonderful! She made us feel so welcome! She is very personable and that is very much appreciated for 2 out-of-towners! Thank you for great food and conversation!
