August 9,2025. I ordered 3 wings, mashed potatoes and mushrooms. I asked the chicken to be fried soft but is was hard I couldn’t eat it and the potatoes were to salty. Money wasted on a meal I couldn’t eat. I won’t return here

The older cashier who works in the mornings is outstanding!! She is exactly what this location needs! She is professional and kind to her customers!! The food has been consistently good but she is the face behind this location and one of the reasons I frequent this location. Kudos to her!

The young lady that I experienced on this last visit has been there for a few years. She's great. Customer service is good.
What I found different this trip (June 2025) is the taste of the food. It was cooked well, nice and crispy, beautiful brown color, however, it tasted like the oil may have been changed. I can't be sure but the taste/aftertaste was just horrible.
I went thru the drive thru so can't comment on inside of the store.
I've been frequenting this Browns Chicken for the last, apprx 6 years, often 3-4 times/year (when I'm in town). I'll return in September 2025, but this will not be a stop on my food journey. It was that bad.
I do not recommend getting food from this place due to the downturn in the flavor of the food. Browns Chicken has been a staple in my life for 45 years. I'm sad about the changes.

I ordered Browns for some guests and it had been awhile since I tried them. I was expecting to have the same quality and taste from years back but this meal was embarrassing. The biscuits were cold and hard. Same for the fries. The okra was cold and soggy and the corn was mushy and dark like it had been reheated. The chicken was just ok. Will never order again

IF you arrive at the Top of the lunch or dinner hr your Chicken is great. Their chicken is known for its crispiness, BUT when too much has been cooked and kept under the heat lamps far too long. It becomes brittle hard. Trying to bite thru it, the skin doesnt break, it's like trying to eat Jawbreakers (remember that candy?) The Powdered mashed potatoes can and often are so watery it's difficult to pick up and the cups are not full.
The Chicken was not good.the sides were okay. The forty dollar price I paid was terrible. Never again will I come here!

So I went here with my daughter and the girl at the counter was really rude she didn’t say how may I help you she just stare then she said hi with a really rude voice so I order my food then she smile at my daughter but not me she was even being mean to her lil sister I think it was her lil sister then she got another lady order wrong and got mad and storm in back the lady ask for her money back and got it and left then my daughter start laughing being a 13 year ol then the manager was like why you laughing she was like I can I was like my daughter can laugh at what she want then he said 8 o’clock leave the store I was like will leave when 8 come then he said we was being rude and we wasn’t so he told the girl to call 911 then I start recording because he can say anything then he went to back and both them never came out and 8 clock came me and my daughter left but I’m definitely gonna get in touch with general management because that was not right how they act to me especially
