Y’all clearly don’t be giving af!! Look at all these reviews and still the same thing!! Workers be in there chilling, otp with people. Goofing off, No gloves. No hair nets!! Don’t answer the phone at all!! They see people’s orders and will literally give them the wrong thing because they’re out of out something.. but doesn’t have the respect to let the paying customers know what’s going on with their food!! This location needs to do better overall in every category!!

I need to just give up, why would they even give this to people ?

The service was okay. The young man I placed my order with was very courteous and polite. That’s why they got 2 stars from me. I waited about 20 minutes to get cold chicken that taste like they were sitting and refried. Then they had the nerve to put a lot of sauce on the chicken I guess to cover up how old it was. The French fries weren’t fresh. So I asked for my order to be made fresh. They remade the order. The fries were fresh. I threw away the chicken by the time I got to the last 2. Those were old and remade. This was my first and last time going to this location. They definitely do not uphold BDubs good reputation.

I came to pick up my online order , I arrive to pick up my order and they claimed they gave my order to the wrong person and then told me it was the system never processing my order going through . So they wanna claim all these excuses waisting my time and money . don’t recommend ordering from this spot .

I placed an order that was initially prepared in a sloppy and unappetizing manner. I asked for the food to be remade, which I was told would be taken care of. After waiting for what felt like an unreasonable amount of time, I finally received my order—only to be given cold food. It honestly felt like a cruel joke, and I was completely disappointed with the service and quality of the food. Please protect your stomachs and pockets and avoid this place at all cost!!!!!!!!

I placed an order online and when I received my order my fries and two burgers were missing entirely. Instead, I got an order of wings. That's it. I called the store multiple times, only to receive no answer. And they also forgot my ranch.
Be careful when ordering online!

The only thing I have to say about this restaurant at this location. SHUT IT DOWN OR HIRE BETTER WORKERS!!!!!

Wings were fried sooooo hard. They were disgusting. So were the fries.
The young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful, but whoever fried the wings...nope!! The skin was hard, the meat was hard. Wasted our money.

1st I’m starting off when entering the store smells like armpits, 2nd the cashier/Cook was on FaceTime on her personal cell phone preparing the orders with her hands ( no Gloves on) after 15mins of waiting and finally acknowledged because the cook/ Cashier was on the phone on company business hours time 3rd Ordered my food online got the wrong sauces for my wings how can you confuse original buffalo with Nashville hot, medium with Spicy Garlic, the Fries were stale and the food was cold as well I’m sure they don’t change the oil on the deep fryer hopefully it closes.

My online order was supposed to be ready at 1:50pm. It’s 2:11pm and I arrive and my order is not ready. I asked the woman at the cashier if my order was soon to be ready because it had been over 10 min and she rudely said you have to wait because your order is not the only one we got. I’m sorry but if you don’t know how to speak properly or like your job, don’t work in the food industry. None of the sauces I wanted are available to fulfill my order. Let alone the staff at this location is rude, ghetto, and unprofessional
